Great location, it is close to restaurants and bars but quiet rooms which was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast options. Clean bathroom and bedroom and nice to have the balcony.

There were some ants in the room which was not so good but other than this everything was great.

Everything was perfect. Location is very nice, close to the Old Town and the beaches. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

There is nothing I disliked.

Basic hotel close to everything. The rooms are basic but very clean and with a balcony where you can hang your wet clothes/towels from the beach. The hotel is small and basic, not suitable for people that likes resorts or luxury stay.Even the breakfast is basic, the melon and the feta are delicious. Staff very helpfull and polite.

The mattresses were uncomfortable too hard for me, but the matrass is very personal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the warm and solution-oriented attitude of the reception team. The renovated rooms and bathrooms are now more comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is always the same, but it’s perfectly fine if you don’t have very high expectations. A special thanks to the reception staff as well — I wasn’t feeling well and needed to rest immediately, and they quickly arranged a room for me.

The sustainability practices are nice, but changing face towels only once every three days doesn’t feel very hygienic. I hope they reconsider this policy.

Staff was polite and helpful, premise tidy &clean. Located near to the center and accessible to beaches, restaurants, markets by foot.

Staff was nice, location is ok,walkable to the main drag of restaurants & shops.

Room needs upgrading, electric wire to light in the center of room is weirdly hanging, very tiny shower with curtain that sticks to your body when you shower, hard to move without splashing water all over the bathroom. Bed needs fitted sheets, not flat sheet that comes off when you move. Hard uncomfortable beds, sloppy finishings, needs complete renovation on their rooms. Weird sink water control for hot & cold, hard to turn on & off. Not worth the price.

Lovely welcome able to check in slightly early. Breakfast was fine continental. Clean bed comfortable and price was reasonable.

I wasn't aware the swimming pool is not on the property but about 5 minutes walk away and you need to purchase some refreshments to use. Lovely pool however NB no towels provided. Very flimsy curtains so a very light room. Fortunately I had a eye mask so despite our room being on the road side actually slept OK.

Staff was very friendly and helpful location is great ,close to central and also quiet road you can walk to beach and restaurants easily the room size is quite good and they have a balcony..the only bad thing was shower curtain could be a bit modern bathroom and cleaning lady also nice when I needed something extra they help so I would definitely go again breakfast was reasonable 👍🏻

Location for the centre of Kos Town. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Breakfast was basic but nice and traditional...rooms need updating but I would also argue that it is part of its charm and the hotel is traditional and unchanged
