Nothing, property was about 20 minutes walk from the main town but lots of food stops on the road into town

The people were amazing, sat me down with a juice when I walked in, provided me with a map and popular destinations and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The pool and balcony were a great bonus.

The personal working in the hotel is very kind. Good location and good installations. You can use the pool, almost all the day, and the bus stop is very close to the hotel.

We had a great experience at Babis Hotel in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with hospitality and warmth, the hosts were very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, exactly what we wanted for our vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location is very convenient, in a quiet area, but with easy access to the main attractions of the island. The breakfast was varied and tasty every morning, a pleasant surprise that gave us the energy needed to explore Santorini. I highly recommend Babis Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, clean place with excellent service. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Santorini! Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, with a welcoming atmosphere. I liked that it wasn’t a massive hotel which made it more intimate. It wasn’t overly busy which gave us some chill time. The staff were amazing! They couldn’t do enough for you! There are so many beautiful places to visit that the staff will recommend. Thank you Babis and all the team!! xx

For the value received, nothing.

A Greek family owned and run hotel. No better start to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Owner did everthing he could to ensure our stay went well….. and it did. When next on Island will stay again 👍

It lacked nothing.

We loved everything. Their service was very welcoming and kind. Spotlessly clean. My husband and I stayed in a newly updated room that blended traditional Cycladic lines and arches with new appliances and lighting, so it felt authentic and luxurious. Fantastic pool. Convenient for pickups and drop offs. The bus stop isn’t too far away, and it’s cool to see some local life in the walk along the way. Lots of traffic at a certain point, but everyone’s watching out for one another. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

The shower is small, but it has a curtain that prevents you from making a mess, so it’s not bothering.

It was located near the bus stop in Karterados, so moving around was really easy. The staff was really amiable (they gave us a map of the isle with pinpoints to visit)

The hotel was really cool, we had a room upstairs with double bed, it was very comfortable with a well-equipped bathroom and a nice balcony, a smart TV, a fridge and the hotel itself was great too with a nice swimming pool and great location if you want to stay near the centre Fira, which is 15 minutes walk from the hotel and from Fira we were able to take buses to all places, beaches and Oia conveniently. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They guided us for the buses, places to visit and how to get there and also helped us book a cruise tour and helped us in a lot of different things while we were there. It’s a great value for money place. Totally recommend it!

Every thing was good

Good and well clean rooms and swimming pool. Mr Babis helps us a lot for good suggestions that work well. The hotel is very near to the bus stop , restaurants and supermarkets.

Our beds were a bit hard for our liking.

The owners are great! Go out of their way to be helpful, even when we missed the bus to the airport. Very clean, great pool with plenty of seating. Had a lovely breakfast. Within 5 minutes walk there is small supermarket and quite a few eateries. 20 minute walk to Fira. Great place to stay, would definitely come back again 😁 with a late check out they had no problem with us sitting by the pool and in reception.
