Very spacious with 2 rooms sth not easy to find in therma- budget friendly- wonderful hosts- walking distance to fonia gorge. It's very peaceful with a big garden that leaves room for a lot of facilities

However, the place did not correspond to the description. There was really no second bedroom, it was more like a studio with a hallway, where two more beds were placed. This second "room" had no door and very small windows, which did not open. When the door to the main bedroom was closed (where the air conditioner was), it was impossible to sleep in the other room, because it was too hot. Generally, there was no privacy in this "room" and the mattresses there were very uncomfortable. Also, the place did not have a TV or a dining table, as stated in the description. The only table was a tiny round table on the balcony, which could only accommodate 2 people. We spent the first night in this apartment and wanted to move somewhere else. I asked for a refund. The host said he would not give a refund, because that was his policy, so beware about this. He did offer to give us better accommodations in another building on the property. Those were two large rooms or studios, which were much more spacious and comfortable. The mattresses there were still bad, but he put mattress toppers on them, which solved this issue. We ended up staying for the rest of the time we had booked and were overall satisfied with the arrangement. Besides the issue with the original accommodation, there were a few other things that took away from the experience at this property. The bathrooms smelled and there was no hot water one night and two mornings. The common areas were dirty. The yard was not maintained, it was just burned patchy grass, weeds and dead leaves everywhere. The outdoors furniture was also dirty and not kept up.
The view, the wide open space and the proximity to the sea. The host was kind and helpful with requests and any information we needed. He also gave us better accommodations when we had a problem with the original one that we booked (see below) and he fulfilled all of our requests to make us comfortable.
