No complaints, just a little feedback. Lots of ants in our kitchen area. Bugs and insects to be expected in a remote location of the island. The bin in the kitchen didn’t help this as it was too small for a self catering kitchen and we often needed extra bags for rubbish, so a bigger kitchen bin would be better. Twin beds in bedroom were a little uncomfortable. Hooks in bathrooms for towels would be great! Extra items for washing dishes would also be a good addition.

A wonderful stay at Kymata! We were very pleasantly surprised by the location, the staff, the service and the villa itself with its own pool (Villa 7). Lovely sea views particularly from our balcony as we were behind the bungalow villas, but loved the glimpses of the sparkling sea from our pool too. Antigone, Nikos and Marilena were all extremely helpful, friendly and attentive; nothing was a problem and they were always on hand to make our stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We used their text service on numerous occasions to ask general questions or to make restaurant reservations and they were always replied to and dealt with swiftly! Our pool was perfectly chilled for a refreshing dip during a very hot week; clean, filtered and maintained well. The daily cleaning service was brilliant too. We enjoyed daily frappés and smoothies at the pool bar and a dip after in their lovely communal pool. We hired a car for our trip which was needed as we travelled with two young children and spent our evenings eating at lovely nearby restaurants (walking distance if you don’t have a two year old to handle!). Meltemi, Captain Nicolas and Vatsa Beach restaurant all fantastic! A very lovely holiday, we feel like we found a gem - we plan on returning. Thank you for having us!

The local ‘beach’ was only good for snorkelling as very rocky with no sand.

The villa was big & stylish with sea views. Lovely having our own little pool with option to share massive bar pool as well. Manager Antigone was so helpful & even let us use another villa’s showers after we checked out of our place (evening flight).

Stunning views, healthy beach bar and very attentive staff. Nearby taverna and a short drive to Lixouri. Large shared swimming pool as well as private pools.

Beds and furniture could be more comfortable. But they are decent enough. Had a couple of issues on our trip but the staff and manager solved them really quickly and couldn’t be more helpful

The views and the private pool are winners. The accommodation is well decorated. It’s a really good spot to chill out and read a book. There’s also some great restaurants nearby and the staff couldn’t be more lovely

So Many insects and there were no mosquito screens at any of the doors or windows.

The location is on the seaside. Amazing view from the sunrise till sunset. Nothing else you could wish for. Great host and everything you needed was there. Sea breeze, bar and private space at the private pool of the villa. We even got an electricity issues and the manager called the electrician who came at 11PM. Very carefull about their guests.

Pool at villa 1 was really noisy, need maintenance, i am sure they will fix it. We managed with workaround and switched the engine off during night.

The only thing we could say is that in our villa there wasn't a sofa, but two armchair size seats built into the architecture. These are comfy enough, just not all that practical if you wanted to laze about in the lounge.

Firstly, we were given an upgrade, which was amazing. The location was great, beautifully peaceful and private. Loved the onsite facilities, a real nice extra. Very aesthetically pleasing decor in the villa. Remote location, which we loved, with a small town with supermarket 5-10min drive away.

Villa needs some tender loving care. Holes in wall in bathroom, creepy crawlies getting under doors, shoddy repairs. Could be excellent with a little more attention to detail.

Lovely location, great views, excellent food from Nikos and lovely staff. Comfortable beds. Private pool area. Lots of clothes hanging space. Luxury toiletries.

Customer service was amazing from the very start of our holiday!! When we arrived, we were were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks in the bar whilst we waited for our villa to be ready (we did arrive earlier than check in time) We were staying in the 3 bedroom beach side villa with private pool and it was beautiful! It looked exactly like the photos and was extremely clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. Our private pool was overlooking the sea and the our outdoor space was just beautiful! When we booked the holiday, we decided to hire a car and it was 100% needed! If you’re wanting to explore, nip to the shop, eat out at the restaurants, visit beaches, etc - I highly recommend you get a car. On the nights we wanted to head into Lixouri town, we wanted a taxi. After calling up local taxi numbers, it was quite expensive as we needed 2 cars. After messaging via Bookjng.com and speaking to Antigone, she arranged for a 7 seater taxi to do a return journey for the nights we wanted to go out. She was extremely helpful and we could not thank her enough - her communication was excellent! She was always happy to help. The restaurant on the complex was beautiful too! Chilled vibe overlooking the large pool and had beautiful food too. We dined a couple of times for breakfast & lunch and the meals were fab! The place itself is so chilled and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The 5 of us would 100% visit again!

The beds were uncomfortable and after 9 nights we were ready for our own beds!

The location is beautiful, it’s right on the sea and you can hear the sound of the waves. The pools were lovely and the bar serves great food and cocktails. The cleaning service was also a nice touch.

The Seating in the main living area wasn’t great in terms of comfort, but balancing that against the amount of time spent sat in the area, this was not a big issue for us. There was no kettle, bathrobe or mini bar as advertised on booking.com.

The location, size and style of the villa was great. The small bar area on the complex was good . It also served food, but opening hours were intermittent (time of year- end of season). The maid service was also good, changing towels and linen frequently and bins daily.

The location is a little remote, which is part of the charm and the facilities more than make up for this but you do need a car. The ferry from Luxouri made a big difference to travel to rest of island and the airport. What I didn't like most was having to leave : )

This is a wonderful place, exactly what we needed for a week of relaxation. Very comfortable, clean villa with pool and sun loungers etc. Comfortable beds. The pool bar was a real bonus. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff. Communication from Antigone was excellent.

The curtains didn't block out any light, so little kids are up with sunrise.

There is a private beach which is quite rocky and not very suitable for swimming, would be my only gripe as do love swimming in the sea and would have loved to have a one stop shop villa! But cannot fault this as it is what it is - nature. Just meant that if we wanted to swim in the sea we drove to one of the nearby beaches. However it is nice for hanging out and to wander about and spend time just looking at the the sea.

One of the best getaways we have been on! The villa was very spacious and as described! The views from the balcony were amazing! Particularly liked the bar area and the communal pool by the bar which also had amazing sea views. The area is secluded which was the whole attraction, though we did hire a car and managed to get to a few of the nearby beaches! The bar staff were friendly, polite and attentive, the service was excellent. There is food served at the bar and can be delivered to your villa which we did a few times. There are equally some really good tavernas nearby. It's about 15 minutes or so drive to Lixouri centre (ferry) and the square which also an array of restaurants. All in all it was such a comfortable villa and overall vibe. We plan on coming back for sure.

Storage in the 3rd bedroom would have been helpful and the 2nd bathroom was very small,

The vista our villa of the sea and sunset was exceptional, it was cleaned daily and spacious, air con was good, private pool was great got the kids, it was quiet and felt very private.

The beach facility of the park isn’t worth to visit. Although the seaside offers a great view with magnificent sunsets and night skies. Bed comfort can be improved.

Nice villapark on the seaside. The resort with bar/restaurant offers great value for a relaxing vacation. The private villa with pool are spread out across the park. The park itself is easily reachable by car, but is on the outer end of the island. Villas are nicely designed, give good comfort and well air conditioned.

Everything was ok.

The place was incredibly peaceful and safe. Staff was very kind and the food was delicious. Perfect for people who want to relax. If you want to travel around you need a car however taxi is available. I plan on returning.

No washing machine, but that's fine! Also, the WiFi didn't really work, so wouldn't advise for work trips but the place was so gorgeous, we didn't need internet.
