Some might find this hotel to be a bit dated.

This is a great value hotel, very close to bus station and there's a mini market across the street with good prices. Had a room with the basic necessities and even had a balcony overlooking the street. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. If you're looking for a solid place to crash at night on a budget this can be a good option.

Not really a complaint. We booked a budget room which is a bit tight for 2 people. We had to be very creative to keep our stuff organized with limited space.

Location was great, very close to bus terminal. The bed was comfortable. Attendant was very kind who kept our room clean very day. Management was quick at responding during the communications.

The hotel is very basic, but it does include everything you will need for staying over. Bed was comfy, sheets clean. I rented it as a place to repack, rest and shower before my journey back to the airport late night. It was cheap and cheerful :)

The best location, easy access to the center of Fira, bus terminal and others by foot. Baggage storage is available after checking out. Warm hospitality

Wifi speed On one hand it is good to be close to Fira (city center), on the other hand every night you can hear music from pubs and clubs if you keep window open. But it did not bother me much, it depends on person

10/10 this hotel is a must!! Very clean, great location, the best was soooooo comfy, air con was perfect, provided shampoo/condition etc, staff were lovely, very easy to check in and out!! I can’t wait to come back again !!!!

Rude attitudes of Maria (staff who worked in the night during my check in): 1. Maria blamed me because of I arrived late at hotel. The flight was just delayed! Also with childish attitude blamed me because I chose airport bus instead of the hotel shuttle bus, so she couldn’t arrange everything smoothly. 2. Maria is narrow-minded. When I called her for confirming the right adress registerd in Google Maps (since adress in Booking.com leaded me to Museum Thera), she said it was not possible that Google Maps showed wrong direction instead of giving another options to reach the hotel 🤬 3. Maria doesn’t understand human behaviour. I just arrived late at night. I called her at 23.45 asking the hotel name registered in Google Maps, she didn’t reply until I called her again at 23.52 (ofcourse it would be longer if I didn’t call again). The hotel name based on Google Maps is Deluxe Suites Santorini, not Hotel L&S Lignos. We did chat early in that day, but she didn’t even tell me this confusion changed name from L & S lignos to Deluxe Hotel. 4. Maria didn’t give any clear informations when I arrived at the hotel. She told me to go downstairs to the swimming pool. I was so frustrated! I entered the reception, went downstairs and just found a messy room/storage! She didn’t tell just go straight to the left after the main gate, and didn’t have to enter the hotel/reception! I was frustrated of her rude attitude/without hospitality, and she wanted to call police. Again, MARIA IS SO MANIPULATIVE! She said the check in is until 23.00 when in their rules paper written until 00.00. I traveled to many countries, and Maria is the rudest hotel staff I have ever met!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I informed the staff in advance that I would be arriving around 1 AM, but when I got there, no one was waiting for me. I tried calling and sending messages, but there was no response at first, somebody answered to my what’s app message and gave me instructions to enter the roomI, but nobody even apologised for the inconvenience.

The location was good, right in the centre. The room size was ok for one person, new aircon was good too

A very small bathroom, and shower. Noisy street under balcony (but if closed doors and wooden doors it seems ok to sleep).

This a very nice, very simple small hotel, great positioned in the center of Fira. Next to the shop, 2 min from bakery, 5 minutes from bus station, 10 min from Caldera. Great for travellers. Very clean, small room at first floor has got even a little seaview behind the trees, and a lot a sunshine on balcony. Room is light. Great contact with owner, willing to help. I could even come back to the same room, which I liked, after travelling to different accommodation, when I asked about it. The maid working here is a very nice person, she gives keys to the rooms. I will definately come back.

Very tiny bathroom.

Nice, small hotel in a very, very central & convenient localization, only 5 minutes from a bus station, from where You can go everywhere on the island. All is near, to shop, bakery, and restaurants less than 1 minute; to the Caldera, about 10 minutes. My small room at first floor was excellent, freshly whitewashed, very clean and nice smelling. Bed is comfortable. There is a balcony with a view on one of main roads in town (if doors closed and wodden doors too, You have good sleep), and in the background, behind the trees and homes- the Aegean sea. There works a very nice and communicative lady - maid, who also gives keys at arrival. Thanks a lot, see You again soon☺️
