Location was superb 50 yards from the sea. The view from our hotel balcony was to die for. The staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Value for money.

We are delighted to stay at La Grotta Hotel - The service they give us is amazing. The room is quite simple but we have a nice and peaceful sleep at night. The hotel surroundings are fully air-conditioned. The food is excellent. We are lucky we have a free tour to 3 places - Navagio Beach, Blue caves & swimming area. In general is 10/10 -star If we travel again to Zakynthos we will probably stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel -

The breakfast was a bit limited but it was ok.

The Staff is very nice, specially Alexandra. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day and change your towels.Room was OK size and it had a nice balcony overlooking the bay area. The location is a bit far, but it was perfect for us. And the complimentary boat trip was great!

Lovely hotel . Alexandra makes us feel like home with great hospitality. Excellent breakfast and great location as well in a quiet area of Agios Nikolaos port . As a bonus they offer a boat trip do Navagio. Perfect!

charming village located on seafront / view & breakfast spoiled by frequent petrol / benzine smell from petrol tanker (stops outside to trans-ship petrol to smaller trucks) and from motor boats who stop to fill up with fuel using large jerry-cans from the local petrol station.

The staff were so helpful/friendly - even when I lost my key for the second time! The breakfast menu is simple but just what you need. And the staff were more than happy to bring coffee to my room so I could enjoy it on the balcony.

The bathroom had a fantastic shower but maybe could have done with some hooks to hang the towels on. Literally that is the only thing!

Delicious breakfast every morning in a perfect setting. Attentive and kind staff. Our room was serviced daily, and there were lovely products in the room and a very comfortable bed, and great to have a fridge in the room. Perfectly located with parking. Exceptional value.

It’s more than we hoped for . The checked in went easy and fast . Very very friendly woman at the reception . She always asked how our day was every time we passed . Excellent location near two nice small swimming beaches, many cafes & restaurants close by, and a mini mart too. The views of the harbour are lovely, and we enjoyed a wonderful sit down breakfast each morning on the restaurant balcony watching the boats & view. We loved the free boat trip to Navagio Beach & beautiful blue water swim spot…..that was a highlight. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

The property was really nice. The room looked very good, and we had view to the sea. The stuff was really friendly with us and very careful. We had also breakfast included, that was great. They have free sunbeds on the beach and also borrow us an umbrella for the sun.

I have just finished my week-long stay at this fantastic hotel in Zakynthos! The hotel is located in a charming neighborhood, close to a supermarket.The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beachfront with stunning views of the crystal-clear sea. My room was newly renovated and had a gorgeous view of the sea. The receptionist was kind and always ready to help with any requests. A special mention goes to Adriano, who served us breakfast every morning with a smile ;) One of the highlights was the excursion to the famous Shipwreck Beach, which was simply amazing.To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a small gift during our stay, which made the experience feel even more special. I can't recommend this place enough; it's the perfect hotel for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Zakynthos! Ilenia and Giulia 🇮🇹

There is no elevator

The Room is better than in the photos. The free tour to navaggio and blue caves is a must. They arrange me the contact of a Rentalcar to pick up in the port and drop off at the airport for a very good price For the price paid I think that no one can claim about the free breakfast
