Although the sea view from our room was superb, the entrance door at the rear faced a busy road, so some traffic noise was audible at night. The buffet, while offering quality dishes with fresh fruit and daily gyros, could have had more variety and featured fresh seafood more often.

Our junior suite was immaculate, with a spacious balcony, excellent air conditioning and a generous bathroom with twin sinks. We received a warm welcome at reception with complimentary water, and the highlight was undoubtedly Lagomandra beach – crystal-clear, fish-filled waters perfect for swimming and snorkelling, with inviting bays to explore on either side.

All was great

We traveled with 2 kids 10 and 4 years old. Great experience with smooth check in even late arrival and the hotel was very kind to bring us some food since we missed the dinner that was included into our package. Amazing Blue Flag beach, see-through water, great water sports at the sea side. Kids loved the hotel pool and evening kids entertainment. Food for breakfast and dinner is very good with various options that cater to all needs.

One downside was the lack of cutlery and a microwave in the room, which would have added a bit more convenience to our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a private pool! It was an unexpected treat that both the adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed, even though the water was refreshingly cool. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes, with delicious Greek specialties as well as kid-friendly options. The hotel itself is situated in a stunningly beautiful area, and Lagomandra Beach is the perfect spot to take in breathtaking sunsets. A truly memorable stay for the whole family!

sunbeds might be at least cheaper for hotel guests if not possible to be free of charge...especially off-season... rooms nearby the pool bar might be a bit noisy when balcony door opened but...

Some parking spots are closed off for some rooms, so your parking spots might be further away from the rooms then you expect.

Cleanliness, extremely pleasant and helpfull staff, great food. Great for small kids, nice pools and activities. Amazing beach a 100 meters away under natural shade from pine trees. Close to bigger places by car (15 minutes from Nikiti, 10 from Neas Marmaras).

The food are fine but we have problem about meat meals. They should define the meat type and they should not mix the beef and pork meats. Also the hotel request extra cost for sunbed and beach towel.

Our room upgrated and it was very comfortable. (We have room which has private pool.) The workers are very friendly and help us when we needed. The sea is beautiful and the hotel is baby frienly.

This is really minor, but I didn't like the choice of food, how it was prepared and laid out. I did not know if something was sweet or not, everything was mixed together.

Everyone was super nice, the location was excellent, there is everything you need in the hotel.

The one disappointing thing was the amount of human feces and trash that was found at the property next to the resort. We were swimming with our children on the other side of the cove where it was a public beach. Instead of swimming back around to the resort we exiting the water on the public beach and walked through a trail that led back to the resort. The amount of trash, toilet paper, human feces was absolutely disgusting. We left the next day and traveled to Orange Beach. This left a bad taste. The resort is such a nice facility and this ruins it!!

Sunbeds and towels on the private beach are charged extra for 4 star hotel guests - poor management in that regard. When ordering hard drinks in the main restaurant Votsalo, waiters steal from the quantity, charging different drinks in the order. Food preparation not very tasty although in abundance. The waiters are not very kind and interested in the guests in the seafood restaurant by the sea. The shower cabin is too small and definitely needs a complete renovation - it doesn't match the room interior. The water pressure in the shower is unsatisfactory. The employees are superficially polite and not very interested in the guests.

Nature, location, arrangement of the hotel are perfect. The pool is well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious, except for the shower cabin - too small. Very varied and plentiful food. Excellently arranged, clean sandy beach with restaurant, cafeteria, mini market and beach facilities.

- Food was average. I was really surprised to see that there was almost no seafood at buffet during our 5-day stay. You have to go to the restaurant at seaside and pay extra to eat seafood. - In almost all hotels I visited, they provided beach/pool towels for free. Here, it is 5€/towel (not everyday, but you pay once). - Drinks and cocktails at the bar was a bit expensive. - At the bar, especially near pool, you wait a lot to order something. They gave the impression that they are a bit understaffed.
