I was touched by the warmth, kindness, and hospitality. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and minimalist. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was varied. They helped me arrange my car rental. Being there was pure pleasure, complete relaxation, peace and quiet. My husband and I will definitely be back. We had a wonderful honeymoon. Thank you, Viki.❤️

Incredible facility, very peaceful and quiet, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Vicky at reception was one of the nicest people we have met and unbelievably helpful, she mad our stay and time on the island one to remember. We will be returning!

Everything! The suite was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy. All the amenities were exactly as described — thoughtful and high quality. The staff were incredibly organized, warm, and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay memorable. We truly felt cared for every single moment. And considering the quality, the prices were more than fair — truly great value for money.

The ceiling on the second floor with the bed is a bit low so it’s easy to bump your head.

Everything!!! The accommodation is clean, the location with the view is sensational, and the private pool is, of course, the highlight of the amenities. Breakfast is served every morning on the terrace, so you can enjoy it in the sun while looking out at the sea. That alone is enough for a 10-star rating, but the best part is the service from Vicky and her wonderful colleagues! Great tips for excursions, restaurants, or if you needed to reserve a table. The location is also ideal as a base for exploring the island; it's very quiet, private, and all the sights are easily accessible by car. Restaurants are also within easy walking distance. So, we'll definitely be back.

This accomodation is absolutely incredible, The view was amazing, room deluxe, clean and spacious! Breakfast was great served to your room, we loved enjoying outside taking in the views. Nice quiet area but very close to restaurants and the major towns. Also can get food delivered to your room from one of the local restaurants. Pool was dreamy and nice for an afternoon dip. Vicky was great organising transfers, ATV and rental vehicle to be delivered right to our door, aswell as island activities, we done the sunset cruise. One of our favourite accommodations on our 6 week Europe trip! Cannot wait to visit again one day!

Lavadoze Luxury Suites is a small and beautiful hotel, with comfortable rooms and a stunning view — but what we’ll remember most from our stay is Vicky. She’s not just the manager — she’s truly a rare kind of person. She helped us find places, sent us links, explanations, even exact map locations so we wouldn’t get lost. When we took the bus and she knew we were on the way, she messaged us just to check that we were okay. Without us even asking. You get the feeling that she genuinely wants you to be well. And when you’re traveling abroad, that’s not something to take for granted. It gives you peace of mind. A kind of anchor.

Please note – the rooms are not heated, only air-conditioned with cold air. The soap has a masculine scent, so I recommend bringing your own. Also, there’s no amenities kit like in luxury hotels (such as a shower cap, cotton buds, nail file, safety pin, etc.). Also important (and mentioned in advance): the pools are not heated, so they’re only suitable for summer

From the moment we arrived, Lavadoze Luxury Suites felt like a home away from home. The property itself is stunning immaculately designed, spacious, and equipped with every modern comfort. But what truly made my stay exceptional was Vicky, whose warmth and attentiveness were unmatched. She was incredibly responsive, helping plan special events seamlessly and offering local tips that elevated our trip. Her dedication made everything effortless, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Éxo Goniá.

Honestly, it’s hard to find a flaw! If we had to stretch, we’d say leaving was the only downside.

Absolutely wonderful place! The suites are located in a lovely quiet area but close enough to popular attractions. Super clean and well maintained place! The breakfast was delicious each morning too! The staff, especially Vicky has been incredible in making our stay even better! She made our stay so much easier by helping us organise hotel transfers, car rental and more! Housekeeping has also done an incredible job in keeping the place so spotless! We loved it here and would definitely recommend it!

Spotless, comfortable and has everything you need

Everything! I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The decor, the little touches, lighting, power outlets and wine! Vicky was an amazingly attentive host. Her recommendations and knowledge of the island secured us some amazing sunset seats at affordable restaurants.

The house/room is really comfortable, very luxurious. Vicky the hostess help us with everything, good restaurants recommendations, car rental, catamaran rental. The breakfast was amazing.

The property entrance is not near main road, you must rent a car if you are going to stay there.

The suite was so spacious and the pool on the balcony is amazing. The views are incredible and it is very peaceful.

Lavadoze quite coincidentally they were my choice. My recommendation in terms of cleanliness, service and phone manager available 24/7. And of course everything you see. Space, private pool, living room, bedroom and local wine you will not forget. During the day no one passes by the apartment. Mornings are amazing, breakfast 10/10, place that you must visit. Coming back next year for sure. Also big thanks to Vicky that helped us about everything, restaurants, markets and she was very very kind.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this place! Perfectly located in a quiet area that gives you privacy and calmness. At the same time, it is very close to everything you might need. Vicky, the owner is an amazing person, willing to help and provided us with the best recommendations. The staff is amazing, discreet and very kind.

Absolutely Nothing!

we had a fantastic week at Lavadoze Luxery Suites. Vicky's welcome was incredible, she gave us a lot of tips about what to do in Santorini, where to eat, what nice places there were. The room itself was exactly as shown in the photo, or even better and bigger! I would recommend this stay to everyone!!!!

Beautiful, spacious and tranquil location. The decor was tasteful and ideal for a calming place to relax and forget about the noise of the world!

The gravel path down to the property took some getting used to, but was no problem…just an observation!

What can i say about Lavadoze? Everything is incredible! The breakfasts, the location, the suites and service and are all top tier! I’d come back here a million times if i could! Vicky was amazing and helped us with anything and everything we needed as well as encouraging us to be spontaneous on our stay which made it all the more better! The suite was honestly incredible, the interior, architecture and vibe was to die for. We felt incredibly lucky to be able to stay in such a well kept, dreamy place for the week with the views of Santorini, and the sunset view from Lavadoze is also incredible! Our stay was magical and we’ll remember it for a lifetime!
