Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The only thing is that beds could be more comfortable, bigger, but that's Greece, in almost every apartment I've been this is the issue - or standard if you like... Since I'm tall, this is the issue for me
The host George is really nice and forthcoming, he really wants to please the guests and help with whatever you need. The apartments are really nice and comfy too, as in in pictures. Nothing fancy, but fully functional for the family with kids or students. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come next year!

The rooms are a bit small, but convenient. There were no nets on the windows to keep mosquitoes away.
It is really close to the beach and the main shops and restaurants, but it is not on the Main Street, so one can enjoy pease and quiet. The owners are very helpful and nice. It was clean and they changed the sheet and towels regularly- every other day. The a/c works beautifully.

Beds are very small and not so comfortable. Also, some more furniture for clothes is needed.

Staying at LGD ROOMS is PHENOMENAL. The host of the facility is for every recommendation. There was no coffee maker in the room, he immediately went and bought one, to be praised. He was there for everything we needed, and went out of his way to meet us. Accommodation is 2 min. from the beach, the room has everything you need, room service changes bed linen and towels every third day. the room is neat, clean, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, dishes in the kitchen complete, refrigerator... On departure, he offered to wash the car before the trip. Excellent host, all recommendations. We will come again. Thanks a lot Georgio.

The location is perfect for families with small children. The apartment was clean and has modern design. Spacious terrace and backyard with a barbecue also impressed me.

There are a lot of mosquitoes and there is no mosquito net on the door to the balcony.
Good and clean rooms. The property is with great location. Host was very friendly.

The umbrellas on the beach are very close one to the other ! But there is also a lot of free zone !

George is the nicest and accommodating person. The property is nice and clean, really good for resting. The property is situated on the second street from the beach, which is perfect, because there's no noise from the tavernas or the beach, while the walking distance to the beach was about 2-3 minutes for my 2 year old... Awesome guy, awesome place!

Rooms were as advertised. Clean, had all the amenities, fresh linens, towels, and clean dishes. Beds were extremely comfortable. Host was welcoming and always there when needed.

Everything was great.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, the kitchenette was equipped with everything you need and everything looked very nice. The wifi was strong and the balcony was a cozy place where we could have our meals. The beach is about 3 minutes walking distance, but the neighborhood is quiet.

In room 206 the toilet flush needs to be fixed, it keeps leaking, you have to close it by lifting the heavy porcelain lid and pushing the thingy down by hand almost every time. No private parking lot, it's a headache to find space in the nearby streets, especially at weekends.No microwave oven despite being advertised.
To put it in a nutshell, more or less everything was ok. They provided new bedsheets and towels every three days. The two AC-s were life-savers. The balcony is a big plus. Quiet place literally 50 meters from the beach.
