PolandWe were warmly welcomed and were told useful information and the staff was really really helpful! Thank you! The hotel itself is charming, has nice view, it's clean. We didn't try the breakfast as there are lots of nice options around. Parking spots - in the old town, on saturday evening, in peak season are rather a rare commodity. We were warned by the staff that spots marked with green line are for local residents, so that's a really useful information. We sought for a parking spot for over 40 minutes and finally found it not far away, like 15-20 minutes walk. But when you finally leave the car, everything from the hotel is within a short walk range.

NetherlandsPlease be aware that the hotel is located on a hill so you need to take at least 4 sets of stairs to get there (does give you great views though). We had the first room up the stairs next to the reception which was quite noisy from all people walking around and arriving at the hotel at night and having breakfast in the morning. So be sure to request a quiet room if you're a light sleeper.
Lovely room with a great view of the gulf. The staff was extremely helpful. We could check in earlier and the lady at the reception was very enthusiastic to tell about the sights and was excellent in giving great tips to explore the city + surroundings and gave a lot of tips for bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choice, and extremely attentive staff.

United Statesparking is tough. Most spots are reserved for residents, and the nearest public lot around a park has very limited space. The other public parking at the port is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. You can get ticketed because most of the parking belongs to the local residents. Also, the air conditioner in the family room didn’t cool the space very well — it felt a bit warm, especially at night.
Great location — just down a long stairway and you’re right in the center of everything. The family room was spacious with three beds, and breakfast was generous and tasty. Staff were super friendly. Visit Tolo from here. It is an amazing beach and shops with the best prices.

CanadaThe hotel is in a quiet side street and the road leading to it was narrow and would be a little difficult to drive right up to the front door if you are not used to driving in Greece. You have to leave your car at the nearby parking area and walk a minute or two to get to the entrance. The street was uneven and made it difficult to roll suitcases, but not something that would keep me from staying here again. The room we stayed in had two twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed.
Nice room in a good location. Bathroom was renovated and a good size with an average sized shower. Many restaurants and shops nearby. If you have a car, there is public parking nearby but not many spaces. Be aware that there are steps or an uphill to get to the hotel by foot. May not be idle for someone with mobility issues. Check in and check out were very easy.

United StatesParking can be a challenge if there are lots of people around. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and the first time it was much busier. We had to park far away. This time, we were able to park in the nearest lot. There is a tiny road that the hotel is on, so that can be intimidating. We did not drive down that road and just walked with our luggage. It was not an issue at all for us, but it could be tough for anyone with mobility issues. This is a nice hotel overall!
The location of the hotel is just up the steps from the main plaza. A bit challenging for those with ambulatory issues, but it was fine for our family. The view was beautiful off the small balcony. The room was a great size and very comfortable since there was a sofa to sit on to relax. The staff were nice.
