NetherlandsThe beach area is fully public and seems neglected by the hotel: no service available, sunbeds looked abandoned and dirty, and there was some trash scattered around, so this definitely needs improvement. Additionally, both the outdoor and indoor gyms were disappointing: the outdoor one was small with very limited equipment (but with the great view over the Vlycha beach), and the indoor gym in the basement had an unpleasant, humid smell and lacked proper facilities for a hotel of this size.
I really liked the hotel for its fantastic infinity pool and amenities around, and truly unique atmosphere. Live music every day, enjoyable water activities during the day. The breakfasts were good, and the dinners were excellent thanks to the high quality and variety of dishes. On top of that the staff was incredibly attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Room service was excellent as well, with cleaning done twice a day.

IrelandThe property was about 7 minute drive away, we did get a lot of taxis back and forth which can be a bit chaotic in Lindos Square. It would be nice if the hotel provided a shuttle for guests in the evening times.
Aside from the views, the hotel staff were super. They provide a golf buggy to get to the rooms which was a really nice touch. We loved the pool and beach, there were always sun beds available. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, they provided my girlfriend with a gluten free breakfast that was prepared separate from the buffet to avoid contamination. We had an amazing view from our room. Loved Lindos Grand will be back for sure!

We had an unforgettable stay thanks to the wonderful, helpful staff—special mention to Angeliki, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly enjoyable and memorable. The breakfast buffet offered an amazing variety, fresh and delicious. Upon entrance, the resort’s design was simply admirable, featuring a stunning infinity pool and plenty of excellent restaurants. And just a short walk to the beach with free sun-beds use for guests staying at the hotel. Our modern villa was the highlight, with an extraordinary private pool that made the experience feel both luxurious and relaxing.

IsraelThe only thing I personally found a bit less ideal – and this is just my own preference – is that the hotel is quite far from urban attractions like tavernas and clubs. The nearest center mainly had souvenir shops, restaurants and a few bars.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, my room was great, the facilities were very good, and the food in the dining room was absolutely delicious.

ItalyOur stay was mostly enjoyable, but there were a few aspects that could be improved. The path to the beach could be safer and better maintained. The hotel’s beach area is quite small and close to water sports activities, which occasionally affected the tranquility. The room was spacious and comfortable, though some details like the TV position, hairdryer, and lack of ironing facilities could be updated. The bathroom’s open layout might not suit everyone. Cleanliness was generally good, but the gym could use more attention, especially regarding hygiene supplies. Facilities such as the pool and gyms are nice features but would benefit from better upkeep. Beach service was sometimes slow, likely due to limited staff. Reception was initially less welcoming, but this was improved thanks to Angeliki’s professional help. Food quality was EXCELLENT, though a bit more variety would be appreciated, especially for fish dishes. Evening entertainment was minimal, making the atmosphere quite calm. Pricing seemed a bit high for the services offered, and amenities in the room could be replenished more consistently.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and truly appreciated its beautiful location in Lindos, offering stunning views of the bay and easy access to the beach. Our room was spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel’s staff, particularly the young restaurant and bar team, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Angeliki, the Front Office Manager, whose professionalism and kindness made a significant difference. She promptly addressed our concerns and generously upgraded us to a suite with a private pool. Thanks to her, our overall experience improved considerably, leaving us with a positive memory of the stay. The food quality was good, especially the desserts, and the hotel atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, perfect for those seeking a calm environment.

IrelandOn the day of our check out, we checked out of our room for 12am.We weren't leaving for the airport till 6pm. We used the shower facilities in the spa for to change for our journey home. when using the showers there was no where to hang your towel, so had to place it on the floor. There was no showering products, because the bottles were empty. There was no where to sit down if you had too while changing. Maybe something the hotel should have a look at, other than that it was amazing

Germany1. There was a gum on the sofa in the room, and we sat on it accidentally - at least it was cleaned by the hotel laundry service (twice to remove it completely) 2. Beach area is disaster - wooden path is very old and looks dangerous, public toilet is not free of charge so be prepared to carry coins with you and cherry on the top it was absolutely disgusting. Which is why probably you can rarely see people using it - I guess everything is done in the sea. Number of sun beds is limited and if you come later, you have to go back to the hotel. Just in front of the hotel’s sun beds there is a boat rental - so not really nice view, noise and dirt. Though a bit further water was crystal clear and amazing. 3. AC was not working properly and it took them 3 days to believe us it was not working and to finally fix it 4. Not an issue but just how customer oriented the hotel is: one person in our group had birthday. We had nice dinner, and I have preordered wine and cake to the room. But there was nothing from the hotel (it could be even a small cupcake with the candle, which is customary in any kind of hotels and restaurants)
Great location - village is just 5-10 min by car, breakfast was very good, Thalatta restaurant is amazing, staff were friendly and helpful (though reception staff sometimes seemed to be annoyed).

SwitzerlandThe staff at the reception desk was a little arrogant and so different from the team at the restaurants or at the swimming pool, which I already mentioned it was great. Also at the check out, the lady at the reception asked if I would like to leave a tip. I think this was inapropriate.
The staff and service at the restaurants and swimming pool was outstanding, specially at the fine dining restaurant. The wine selection at the fine dining restaurant was also increadible!
