The property offers breathtaking views and is exceptionally clean and modern. It provides excellent value for money. Alexandra and Nasos were outstanding hosts — their warm hospitality made our stay both comfortable and memorable. Wi-Fi is no longer an issue, they now provide a super-fast connection both in the room and on the terrace. Highly recommended!

The most incredible little gem in Parga. Clean and modern room, super comfortable bed, very good water pressure in the shower, great coffee, and the view...oh my god the view! Apart from all of this, the hosts alone is worth the visit. So warm and welcoming, like family. Close to everything, but still a calm and tranquil place that was absolutely perfect for me and my 13 year old daughter. Figs, olives, lemons, pear, chillies and even grapes in the garden. We loved it.

Lithitsa Lofts and Suites is a great place to spend your summer holiday in Parga. Alexandra, who is the host made everything possible for us to feel welcome. The cleanliness was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and overall we had a great stay! Definitely recommended!

Excellent location.. just 5 mins walk to the beach / harbour front. Beautiful view from the porch infront of the room. There were some stairs (just across the road) to get down into to the property, but only one flight… nothing too bad, and so worth it for the view from the apartment and closeness to the beach. Alex and Nassos were absolutely wonderful. So kind and helpful, and super speedy response to any questions/ queries. The place was very modern and had the best shower we have used. Hot water and high pressure always available. Really couldn’t fault a thing and would definately stay here again.

The accommodation was lovely modern and clean. The host was lovely and she greeted us and showed us how to get to the beach as well as the city centre and after she showed us to our room. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and approximately 5 minute walk to the centre. Great restaurants all around too. The accommodation has an amazing view out the room windows too that makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Apartment was very very clean and we received complimentary wine upon arrival. The room was also cleaned for us every morning and we received coffees and teas every day. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough. I will be staying there again!

Great location, less than 10 minutes by foot from the bus station and even less to the center of Parga or the 2 nearby beaches. Nice views from your terrace and we'll equipped studios

Internet is poor

Very nice and clean room, 4min from the beach, 12min from city center. The host, Alexandra, is very friendly and helpful with everything you’ll need.

We had a perfect stay. The view from the room/yard was stunning and the host was very helpful with every request. The illy espresso (free of charge) was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the coffee with a perfect view. Don't think twice if you are looking for a quiet and clean place to stay, while still in walkable distance to the city center.

Best place to stay in Parga! Great location, with beautiful view and easy access to everywhere! Parking in the front which is a major plus. The room was very nice-as shown in the pictures- spacious and equipped with all amenities! Alexandra the host, is very kind and helpful!! Thank you Alexandra for everything!

A little bit noisy from the road. Air-condition is small for the size of the room, but we left the door opened during the night and was good without air-condition. But however we will stay there again if we visit Parga in the future.

Еxcellent service! The hostess is an amazing person. Thank you so much, Alexandra! The room was renovated, spacious and very clean. Very near to the main street in the old town, restaurants, shops, cafe, supermarket, beach. Amazing view. Free parking.
