Nice cozy appartment. Ok for 2 persons. Cleaning every 2nd day (also towel changes), and really nice staff. Offered a late check out in case of a late flight. The location in Platanias is very good. Could easily get around the village and to the Chania town with a bus… Happy with our stay!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the sea, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was spotless and well-maintained.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the comfort of the rooms to the quality of service.

The apartment was big and clean, with a living room, a kitchen, and a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment also included two bathrooms, which might be helpful for families. The location is great and the owners very kind.

The showers were not separated from the rest of the bathroom, making it difficult to shower without water splashing everywhere.

It’s central, easy to arrive, there are all facilities inside, it’s clean.

They should improve the WiFi.

Clean fresh large room with high ceiling. The bathroom and shower head were also very clean and fresh. Cozy small quiet hotel with pool. Nice to be able to relax by the pool without lots of running around. Good size fridge and freezer, both fridge and freezer worked very well. The hotel is very well located, super close to the beach and city! Our room was cleaned every other day, which was adequate. Good cleaning. We were very pleased with our experience! We were very pleased with our stay. The only minus was that the price could be a little lower and that it would be nice if breakfast was available at the hotel. But otherwise it was great. As I said, we value a clean and fresh room and bathroom very highly.

Very close to the beach, very close to the main street with lot of shops and restaurants

The hotel’s policy was given after 2 days on a printed piece of paper. No shower curtain, the whole bathroom was a mess after talking a shower, pictures of the room did not revealed this “no curtain bathroom”. We would not booked it if we would known this. Misleading pictures! No broom for the sand from the beach! No dishsponge, no dishliquid!

The location is perfect because it is very close to the sea. The place is quiet. In half an hour you get to ancient chania. Very comfortable the Location and with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby The owners very kind and helpful

The hotel is very comfortable and the family is very friendly and always available to help. They make you feel at home, even when you're away from home. Was excellent

Curtains could be placed so that less light enters at dawn.

Excellent lodging. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Close to the sea, and to the center of the town. Wonderful pool. Owners very kind and very helpful. Recommended !

The apartment is located a few minutes away form the beach. It is quite large and extend over two floors. The ground floor is a large living room with table, couch, TV, kitchen an a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom (1st floor) it is possible to access a nice terrace, where you can find a clothes rack to dry your towels and swimsuits and also a table and two chairs. The first floor is also provided of a bathroom with shower. Outside of the main door there is another table with chairs where you can enjoying your breakfast. The cleaning service was very good, in fact the whole apartment was cleaned every other day. There is a very nice pool with tables to enjoy a drink at the pool side. A very nice point is also that the host is very friendly and even gave me useful tips about the island. I would definitely recommend to stay at Lola's Hotel!

I recommendend this place located near the beach. A very clean place, where it is cleaned daily. The staff was very kind.

there are hotels where you feel at home. In this you ask yourself "did I say or do something wrong?". However, this does not affect the efficiency of the service.

The best hotel we have stayed in, in all of greece! the location was amazing and so was the rooms and area! the staff and specially tony was so helpful and amazing!! i higly recomend this hotel to everyone whos looking to stay in platanias, u will not regret it and will have the best experience thanx to the location, hotel and host!
