Location - several beaches within walking distance. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Lovely pool area and pool bar. Friendly staff. Room size was great, very clean and lovely balcony with sea view.

Excellent location, and extremely well run family hotel. Snack bar offers a good variety of bar food, very reasonably priced. Staff are great & very helpful. Pool and outside sunbed area clean & well maintained.

Only one thing and that’s the noise from other guests morning / night along the corridors but I have been twice and this didn’t happen before . So it could be a one off.

It is an older concrete built building so you must expect to hear noise resonating along corridors and rooms. This is not a reflection on staff but a case of inconsiderate and loud tourists. Everywhere is extremely clean and tidy, the rooms and furniture are a little dated but again adequate for purpose. Could do with a little renovation. It is not family owned as portrayed but there are a group of 3 or 4 operators that own it.

The Lorenzo hotel Lassi Kefalonia is on the coastal side of the main road and has good well kept pool and garden areas. There are adequate sun loungers for the time of year (May) with no one rushing to secure any with towels. Breakfast is continental but adequate. All staff are extremely and genuinely helpful, courteous and genuinely friendly.

The breakfast could be improved

The hotel has an amazing location, very close to a handful of restaurants, and at walking distance to Argostoli. Everything was clean; the pool is big enough to swim and the area around is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is like one of those gems that you rarely find in Booking. Totally recommended!

The breakfasts whilst very nice were a little monotonous. Would have liked more fresh fruit choices.

Bathroom - too small and poor design.

Great location in Lassi. It has a very large, family-friendly pool with snack bar which gets the sun all day and evening. The closest beach is very busy but there are lots of bigger, more secluded beaches a short car journey away. Most staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was basic but fresh and well prepared. No evening meals and the hotel bar is not really a 'go to' spot but with so many establishments a short walk away this is not an issue. Room was very clean, great balcony overlooking the pool, sea and sunset. Beds comfy, furnishings traditional so feel slightly dated. the main down side was the bathroom as the shower unit was very small with an awkward shower curtain which meant water went everywhere but again very clean.

Shower leaked made the bathroom floor very wet. Decor could be a bit brighter eg headboard in room could be removed. More sockets would be good.

The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds were exceptional. Lovely staff and the pool area was brilliant. Best location, close to the beaches and 1 minute walk to shops restraunts and bars.

Breakfast was very ordinary and cold simple boring stuff. Very basic and same every day which is okay if nice. Paid for sea view but bushes really In the way. Requires a lot of maintenance. Shower is so tiny. We were there for several days and the one time they replaced the towels and sheets, they could not even put them.on the bed. We needed to make it up ourselves with the new sheets. No biggie, but for the money not a lot of service given. We had asked for double bed but got twin. Again not a huge deal. We also had to go ask for shower gel as they didnt give it out. Don't get caught out on this as you look sideways you have to pay at this hotel! They charge you to use the safe and the aircon is not included, you have to pay 14 aud a day and it is needed. Thats from me who loves the heat as there is no window to open as such or a fan, so it is necessary.

The towels were the best part about this place. They were lovely and lush and clean.
