Staff was lovely, super kind and chill! Helpful and pleasant! We loved them. Also amazing view from the room and great location.

Breakfast is big quantity wise but not great quality and exactly the same each day.

Location right in the heart of Fira with spectacular sunset views. Eslam was our porter who met us and dropped us off at the town centre transporting all of our bags 💪🏽

Misrepresentation about the property when we booked which advertised a pool that was not in operation without prior warning or being informed at check in. Rude correspondence when communicating. Frequent power outages and air conditioning that didn’t work. Our AC unit had no gas. A hair was found when eating my Greek yoghurt Rude hotel staff including the receptionist who vaped at the counter Maintenance issues and equipment left around the venue No accountability or acknowledgement of what was promised from the booking online to what we received.

They deceived us with different photos in booking.com than the actual photos of the room. The photos clearly do not match. When I confronted them about this, their response and behaviour was rude, & not apologising. Their answer was- it was not their responsibility that booking.com has shown us different photos!!!! We were totally disappointed with such behaviour from them. I do not RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.

The view of the caldera, volcano, and Aegean Sea from our suite was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is in a great location with relatively easy access to the central area. Being lower down made our room more private and quieter compared to higher-up rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage, arranged private transfers to and from the ferry port and airport, and provided complimentary bottled water.

We booked an Executive Family Suite with Caldera View, but the room we received didn’t match the photos on Booking.com and wasn’t featured in the listing at all. We were told room assignments depend on availability, which left us feeling misled. The room had several maintenance and hygiene issues including mould on one mattress and in both bathtubs, limescale on the toilet flush, and a shower design that caused water to pool across the bathroom floor during use. The floor drain did little to help, and water spread easily. All the listing photos show mounted showers, but ours only had a handheld showerhead, which was unexpected. One window couldn’t be fully closed, and the drain in one bathroom had an unpleasant smell, although it faded after a while. There were no fitted sheets on the beds, which made the mould on one mattress visible. One sink plug was missing, and both bathtubs lacked plugs. The outdoor area also needed attention, with rusted door handles (also the doors inside the room) and chairs, and peeling paint on the pots. Some basic maintenance would go a long way. One major concern was the number of steep stairs to reach our room, which wasn’t clearly communicated. This was challenging for our mother, who has a bad knee, and the risk of her falling was higher than it should have been. It should be clearly stated that some rooms require a significantly longer and steeper walk than others. Lastly, we were not informed in advance that the pool would be unavailable. I checked the listing again and found no mention of this. If I missed it, I’d be happy to be corrected.

We had a perfect stay. The location was amazing just in the centre. Best spot for the sunset. Just a few minutes to walk from the bus station. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. Our room was beautiful with a terrace. Don’t listen to the others that is a lot of steps to walk . The hotel is situated on the cliff and everywhere in Santorini you have to walk the steps. Is just like that. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was broken due to the earthquake so we couldn’t used it and there was not written on the website . And we were offered the other swimming pool in the other hotel but we had to pay for it 25 eur each. Which it was a bit unfair.

There are lots and lots of stairs, though the staff was accommodating in helping with our luggage, we also went during a not so busy time. I imagine during the summer you will need time muscles to carry luggage up and down the mountain

It would have been nice if breakfast started earlier as we had to check out at 8am

The view was perfect and location was very convenient. Breakfast was decent. It included specific options.

The photos in booking are misleading. We paid for an executive triple room to be spacious and in front of the sea and the room was on the side of the terrace, small, dark and without private balcony table/ chairs. There was only one window in front of the bed with no curtains and the view was to the terrace, not the sea. If we want to have window open to have light, everyone from the terrace could see us since it was a shared terrace. WiFi connection was bad, the last day there was a problem and no signal at all, not even for our personal data. Stuff was polite but not accommodative.

It is in the perfect place to stay and visit. We all loved it. We will see you in our future.

Just the view from the room booked was impressive !

The room was smelling foul , maybe could be the bathroom or the room itself was not smelling good. Booking.com listed the property would have certain facilities but there were just half of them. The hair dryer was worse . Overall not good for the amount paid.
