This place is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing balcony that looks out to the sea. The location is great, right by a pretty vibrant beach. Apostolos the host was incredibly kind and took care of anything needed swiftly. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back!

Very well equipped, clean and cozy apartment. You can feel at home. Beautiful view of the Bay from the large terrace. The washing machine and iron, especially when there are children, is an additional advantage. Everything is close, to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The owner is a wonderful person who recommended the most interesting and best in the area. A great sense of security because the owner was interested in our comfort and was available to answer all questions.

Very nice and convenient apartment, at one of the closest clean and quiet beaches in Athens. In a calm and green residential area, yet with restaurants, beach bars and minimarkets at a 5 minute walk. Several open-air cinemas at a few minutes drive. We chose this area for a short vacation, as it is only a 35 minute drive from Athens. Thinking about booking another week later this summer !

Very nice apartment, literally 5-minute walk to a pebble beach, where water is crystal-clear. The place is fully equipped, and the owner even provides very nice add-ons such as beach equipment and bikes, and he is always available to provide help or guidance even if remotely. The terrace is extremely pleasant, roomy and well furnished. You can find everything you need in Nea Makri, many supermarkets, restaurants and shops, and an exceptionally beautiful unspoiled sandy beach can be found 20 minutes away in Schinias. You do need a car to get around, but rentals at the airport can be found at very competitive prices.

Nothing! Everything was fantastic

This place is a little piece of heaven. Just what I needed to unwind and relax. The apartment has everything you could want and so much more! The large balconies are the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing breakfast and end the day with a glass of wine and a piece of chocolate. Zoumperi is a perfect location. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Just around the corner the bakery serves up the best spanakopita that is warm and fresh at 7 AM every morning. Néa Mákri, a short 5 minute drive has many wonderful cafes/bars/restaurants all along the harbor. From the harbor there is a walking path along the coast that is well-lit at night and goes all the way to Schinias beach. It is filled with people strolling enjoying the evening to the sound of cicadas and the ocean waves. Zoumperi is also the perfect home base for seeing all the other amazing sites around Greece. Santorini is just a short 50 minute plane ride from Athens, there are day trips by train to the incredible Meteora Monasteries, and of course Athens with all its historical sites, culture and of course, Plaka is only a 30 minute drive. If you have a free evening, I highly recommend checking out, Sissy/Σισσυ the outdoor theater where are you can take in a show smelling the jasmine in the night air.

We could say, that we liked everything - location, nearby beach, tavernas, local bakery, children playground, We also liked very much, that the area was not the tourist hot spot, but most of the people were locals. Even you could buy very local things from the mini market. Last but not least, everything what you need for the holiday, was just in the walking distance:

Lovely spacious apartment with a big outdoor space. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Short walk to the beach. The host was very good at communication and available to answer any questions and made great suggestions of places to eat and a lovely bakery 2 mins walk away. Parking available on the street outside. In a lovely residential area.

everything was great!

Great location, like a old times neighbour. its just a walking distance to gas station, supermarket, tavern, bakery, park, church etc. Great neighbour for romantic walks, hearing the birds singing and smelling the flowers, very close to the beach. Only 5 minutes car drive away is Nea Makri that you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies… everything!

Unfortunately, there are ongoing construction works in the street in front of the apartment and in the apartment below which create noise and dust, but I guess it won't last the whole summer.

Spacious apartment with two air conditioners, a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and had everything we needed (enough towels, equipped kitchen, grill, umbrella and beach chairs...). We had the option of using 2 bicycles, although we did not use them because we had a rented car. Communication with the owner was through WhatsApp and it worked great, the owner was very kind and provided a lot of information.
