The forniture are a bit old.

I was in the apartament during a short stay in the beach. It is more than what you could wish in a trip like this. The situation is very easy to access from the beach and the flat is very comfortable and warm. The terrace is amazing and the whole set up is very romantic. I did really enjoy it.

The advertised breakfast is very misleading. We did not have a daily replenished as expected just the initial provisions left in the fridge. The property was advertised as 'breakfast included' .....not true. Re the TV/WiFi......before leaving for the property make sure that you get the Password for the Two electric sockets in the kitchen were dangerous and should have been fixed before our 2 week stay. The biggest issue is that the terrace wall around the exterior of the property is only 500mm high.....I cant believe that this hasn't been raised by other visitors!! We spent 14days here and felt a little concerned about this lack of safety.......if you intend staying here with children we would advice against it. Dont forget that you are on the 5th floor!! Kitchen cupboard doors need attention. Please also note that the facilities and activities as advertised on the Booking.Com site are not at the property....... No Wellness Center- No slippers-No bar-b-q facilities Re Entertainment services....none of this was available at the property.

Key left in a flower pot....so easy access especially at midnight. Indoor space was perfect for a 2 week stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The A/C was really good. The fridge and washing machine are brilliant. Plenty of towels and clean bedding provided Basic provisions were in a cupboard, on arrival the first night we had Juice, bread, cereal, milk, ham, cheese and apples. The owner very kindly allowed a late check out time at no extra charge. The external area was large with mountain views....very relaxing. Close to the beach....5 min walk. I need to address some previous criticisms regarding the lift and the stairs. The lift is fine [its not up to UK standards] We didn't have any issues at all. The stairs from the 4-5 floor were fine for us [I'm 70 and wiffy is 62]

The elevator only reaches to floor 5 and then there are stairs to the apartment, bear in mind about that Lack of communication with the host and no instructions inside the apartment about wifi, electric curtain and the hot water heater.

The property looks just like the pictures, very clean and well-decorated. It is very bright and big and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The home was very dirty , there was cobwebs , dirty floors, under the couch was filthy, we saw 2 roaches in the cabinets. The home was not kept up . Pictures are deceiving . Could have been a great place and probably was at one time. We took pictures of the condition of the home and the roaches. So air conditioning doesn’t adequately cool. I have never wrote a bad review on any place I have stayed but this needed one.

Apartment is outdated NO BREAKFAST ALSO NOT TO GO. Haven't seen anybody from the accomodation. After communication with owners about refunding for the charged breakfast and giving account nr. I have receifed nothing and non communication anymore. Said it would be changed without breakfast but it has not been changed yet. Lots of prommises but no deeds. So my final recommandation is don't book this one, Its disapointing.

We booked the place, but then on arrival day were told that there was a leak and it was no longer available. We were offered to stay in the manager's apartment or to receive a refund. We requested the refund but have not heard back from the property. The property then advertised the unit on booking.com again for that night.

Great apartments with a super nice view! check in was smooth and we had a fabulous time. Sunset in the terrace is a special thing about this place;)will defo be back!

This was only a studio not a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen stove had no exhaust and there was no fire extinguisher which I’m sure is not according to code. The windows all needed cleaning which gave the place a very dingy feeling. There was no coffee maker not even a shaker to make frappe. The building itself was not maintained. Despite being in a very opulent area it looked as if the condo association did not do any repairs in the last fifty years. The elevator had one door removed which was quite scary. The floors were uneven and the kitchen cabinets weren’t even aligned. The electrical socket in bathroom wasn’t even screwed in and kept coming off wall when unplugging hair dryer. We bought clothespins so we could hang our laundry.I’m just sad that the use of the word “ luxurious “ was used to describe the property. Finding parking in the area is also very challenging.

The location was a very short walk to beach and restaurants in the area. There is a nice view from terrace outside. She had a nice array of fruits for “ free breakfast.”

Shower & bathroom are one joint room so the sink area is getting wet while showering

The apartment looked exactly as on the pictures, everything was clean, the landlord was always available via phone, rooftop terrace is huge with a Mountain View, walking distance to beach front, cafes, grill, restaurants etc
