Two rooms out of our three had a problem with the toilet door,it wouldn't open to get out!! This was our fault according to the rude man that eventually got it open. Also,had to fix the shower in two rooms myself as I didn't want to talk to the rude man again. All the other staff are excellent, friendly and hardworking.

The wifi was patchy.

This is a typical Greek studio, with a great little swimming pool and sunbathing area. Excellent room size, bathrooms usual greek size. It is a little remote if you don't have a car. But there are a range of bars, restaurants, a bakery and a minimalist within 20 minutes on foot.

Very poor WiFi signal; Ants constantly invaded the kitchen area, taking over all food; The electrical system in place in the apartment was dreadful, as all appliances and plugs would turn off after removing the room key from the wall, leaving food to rot in the fridge that would turn off and unable to leave it and charge my laptop, per example, which I sometimes needed for work tasks I intended to do from the hotel.

The hotel was located in a hill, relatively close to the airport by taxi. The pool was very good and the staff were kind enough to let us use it after check-in, as we had our return flight late at night only. Apartment was spacious, with an outdoor seating area where you could enjoy your meals.

I stayed for 1 hour and a half, to make the check in , I don't know if it's the fault of the hotel or booking.com , but it's someone's fault.

1) Wi-fi was terrible. Usually could not connect at all and the management's response is that they know about the issue and to try and connect standing on various spots on the balcony! This should be mentioned in the facilities on the booking site. 2) Could not lock the apartment door form the inside. Management's response was that this is normal and that safety is guaranteed. To be noted that there was no employees on site and we checked in ourselves.

The reception is only there in the morning, so you don't have any support if you need anything after that. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, with nothing around, but it was easy to drive places. The wifi was just as bad as everyone said when we got there, non-existent. We soon figured out that it only worked on the balcony, but the A/C shuts off every time you open the balcony door, so that was super annoying to have to restart the A/C every time someone opens a door. They replaced the wifi, but didn't tell us the new password for a couple of days, so we didn't have wifi. It finally worked fine on our last day when we got the password (it worked anywhere in the room!).

This hotel was great. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and had a great kitchen. The kids loved swimming in the pool everyday, while we enjoyed the comfy sunbeds and watched them. The hotel itself is in a super secluded neighborhood away from everything, so this is good if this is what you are looking for. There is a supermarket within walking distance, I ended up cooking all our meals because of the lack of restaurants around. The wifi got replaced to a new system on our second day there, so hopefully that means there will no longer be any bad wifi reviews. It was great for us after the replacement.

Balcony didn't have a mosquito repellent. The doors didn't close perfectly, so you had to push it a little more
