The room was great - extremely spacious and well maintained.

The location felt a bit sketchy. Also the front doors were shattered by what looked like an act of vandalism. Lastly, I stayed on the M floor but there was no floor map to specify which exact floor M was on. Even the elevator did not have an M floor in it.

No positive comments only warnings for future travelers in a foreign country.

This is NOT a hotel, it's a building with several rooms. Deceptive advertisement: the area is dirty, filled with graffiti, loud noises at night; unsafe, fights outside and inside the building. No one there to stop the fights. There is a club nearby and people were drunk throwing bottles at windows and doors. Glass doors of the building have been shattered previously in different sections and the owner has failed to replace or repair them. I was attacked by a person asking for drugs as I walked toward the building . Air conditioning was not working, no one in the facility available to fix it. A/C made very loud noises and I was told by "Bob" to shut-off A/C and turn it on again. This did not work so I ended up in a very hot room, unable to sleep and getting sick. There is no reception area, pictures are misleading; only a counter against the wall and some furniture. All communication is done by phone and text. "Bob" is an expert manipulator who makes promises but does not deliver. No one was available to retrieve a lipstick that fell on the floor and rolled under a small opening under a cabinet bolted to the wall. Underneath there was dirt, dried food, pills and dust that have not been cleaned for a while. Very scary place for a woman traveling alone. "Bob" needs to be more honest and provide full description of the neighborhood, give warnings about people under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Someone needs to be present in the building to keep order, control noise and call police as needed. Presence of a human to provide services is needed due to the large number of rooms (not an airbnb). Cleaning under furniture. Provide working A/C and fix it immediately or move guest to another room.

The area surrounding the building is quite hazardous, with a palpable sense of danger in the air. The front doors, constructed of glass, bear the scars of vandalism; shards of glass litter the ground, remnants of rocks or other projectiles hurled with disregard. Inside, the absence of a functioning lock on the doors amplifies the feeling of vulnerability. The constant noise from a nearby rowdy neighborhood only heightens the tension, as people loiter outside, their presence adding to the unsettling atmosphere.

It was really comfortable (beds were great!) and room was well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay. The guy in the foyer was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The whole thing was well thought through. I would stay at another Bob W.

Very small points. The area around isn’t the most beautiful and the hotel front had again been damaged by protestors so had a bit of a beaten up look but the location was very walkable to the centre and he sights, there were some lovely bars nearby and the glass damage didn’t detract from the great rooms inside. The room key being a link on your phone was a bit fiddly but we got used to it (I shared the ‘key’ in case my phone got stolen or ran out of batteries).

The location is awful. The streets are full of graffiti- not the good kind. It gives scary feeling

Easy access

The air conditioner had an engine sound all night long which was not a good experience. It was loud. We didn’t have a remote control for the tv in our room which was made sound impossible by the chat team to arrange a new one, then I had to go to another room to get one myself.

Very clean and minimalist decoration. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The bed was not that comfortable for my sleeping style, but I think it is a personal preference.
