There is noise from the restaurant next door. The place has triple glazed windows that isolate quite well but the roof windows let the noise in. The biggest problem is the lack of a comfortable place to sit - the sofa, which is actually a wooden bench is sooo uncomfy. Also be aware if you are a taller person, the distance from the ceiling to the bed is quite low.

The studio is right in the heart of Lakka, surrounded by restaurants and shops. It's a small place but everything is very well thought in terms of design and facilities. Walking distance to the local beaches.

Amazing accommodation and location! Our favourite restaurant Alexandros was just at the bottom of the accom stairs. The accomodation is also so close to restaurants, Mandi’s and Nionios restaurant were also our favourite. We recommend booking restaurants. Close walk to the beach. We loved the extra beach supplies available: beach umbrella, blow up lilo and snorkel. The bathroom was spacious and it had an excellent mirror for make up. We used taxi service: +30 697 747 2747 ATV hire: +30 697 573 7829 Owner Marianna was available to be contacted at any time for assistance and provided us with a lot of recommendations during our stay in Lakka.

The only aspect we didn't find ideal was the couch, as it was a bit firm and not very comfortable. In small studios like this, a comfortable couch is important, especially since the bed is located upstairs and there is no other seating option for relaxing.

The studio is in an excellent location, with everything nearby. It's very clean and equipped with all the essential amenities! The village where the studio is located is also beautiful and peaceful, without being crowded.

The host very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the studio before check in. The decor is very high quality and is exactly as the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a coffee machine with capsules, luxury towels and toiletries, olive oil for cooking and every facility you could possibly need The location is very central, beside the best restaurants and a short walk to Harami beach which is stunning. Highly recommended studio.

Its noisy, the apartment located just above the Taverna restaurant, but after whole day swimming in such a crystal water and snorkelling around it doesn’t really bother you!

- I didn’t not like anything, just wish you had a pan for cooking eggs because only a pot is provided for boiling etc. - Just if you’re tall just be aware ceilings are low, so if you’re not careful you do knock your head getting in and out of bed. Not a big deal at all though

- Host was very friendly and welcoming. Gave us recommendations about beaches and places to go. Waited for our arrival and showed us around the property. - Wifi was great - Super clean - Insulated so despite the super central location you don’t get disturbed by the sound outdoors. - Smack center of town, walking distance to everything. - Shower was lovely - Amenities were great - Host left dish soap, water, juice, baby wipes for us which was very nice. - Super responsive host and ready to answer all our questions on WhatsApp whether it was about bus routes or anything else. - Nice and comfy bed

None of these points would prevent me from staying again - my whole stay was fantastic. Some of the property details suggest there is an outside balcony. The only outside space is the steps pictured where you can place a chair for morning coffee. Tall people will need to be aware that the bedroom ceiling is very low. There is limited space for storing clothes / luggage. Because of the very central location there will be some noise from local bars / tavernas

Beautifully furnished. Exceptionally clean. Extras provided - water, coffee pods, soap, washing up liquid, basic medication. Great WiFi and streaming services. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Very central location, easy to find. Walking distance to beaches.

Everything! Paxos is ridiculously overpriced so this lovely studio was good value - all newly and beautifully decorated. And the bed…it was more comfortable than my own at home!
