We would like to thank the staff once again for making our stay so much better. Thank you very much—we wish you all the best! The view was amazing, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant offered beautiful views. The nearby beach was also very nice and not overcrowded. Once again, many thanks to the staff!

The room for improvement would be in the amenities, some of them could use a little fixing. It’s not crucial, but worth noting.

We were greeted by a huge, spacious room and bathroom, with a beautiful sea view. The staff was amazing! The friendliness and helpfulness we received from Yannis and the entire team was incredible. On the last day we were even given the option to check out of our room later and take a shower before our flight. The best team we have ever met! Thanks for everything guys! The whole week was awesome! :)

It was hard to find parking (on the street) The breakfast was poor in both quality and quantity The sunbeds on the beach were not included in the price of the room The room was a bit dirty and low quality - floors full of sand, the bathroom fixtures were a bit rusty, old, or partially broken There was no “Do not disturb” sign to choose when we wanted cleaning or to not be disturbed In the night it was really loud, we couldn’t sleep well, the doors and walls are really thin. There were people screaming, arguing, knocking on doors etc.

Absolutely perfect – the place to stay in Laganas! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The apartment was beautifully designed, with a consistently high standard and excellent soundproofing – perfect for a relaxing holiday. The highlight was the stunning panoramic terrace – a dream spot to enjoy the view. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with luxurious sunbeds and beachside service. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the food at Mandala was truly exceptional – every meal was a treat. What really made our stay unforgettable was the team. We've never experienced such professional, warm, and attentive service. And the cocktails? The best on the beach, hands down! This is the place to stay in Laganas – we’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Mandala Seafront Suites in Laganas, Zakynthos! As a couple, we were looking for a relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our check-in and check-out processes seamless. We appreciated the ease of arrival and departure, which set the tone for a stress-free holiday. What truly impressed us was the hotel's adherence to solid 5-star standards. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the impeccable service, everything was top-notch. We felt pampered and indulged throughout our stay. If you're looking for a luxurious and hassle-free holiday in Zakynthos, look no further than the Mandala Seafront Suites. We would highly recommend it! 10/10

The room was huge! All the ammenities including tv, wifi, fridge, fresh towels, great view from my balcony... The staff was amazing. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Great place and reasonable price. Location, by far, the best, close distance to everything in the town. I wish I stayed longer!!! I can't wait to come back!!!

I didn't like my short stay. I wish I stayed for a whole week!

Mandala Suites was incredible. It came as close to a resort as you could in that area. Robert manages to outside and he is more than helpful! the rooms are clean and spacious. Laganas Beach has a large party scene but the room was quiet and it was also located in a great spot. just steps away from restaurants and places to get a late night snack

The location of the property was stunning, balcony view for the price we paid was exceptional, and the rooms were spacious for three adults. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and made the holiday experience even better.

I had one negative experience with the housekeeper taking an item from my room, however after going down to the other staff they found it and gave it back to me straight away, the rooms could have done with a bit more cleaning due to being right on the beachfront therefore lots of sand and the mopping just made it stick more. Other than these things stated my group and I would definitely come back again and we loved our stay!

The property was beautiful and directly overlooked the seafront aswell as being right on the strip. Perfect for a party getaway, but the rooms were still incredibly private. The staff were wonderful and took time out of their busy days to actually sit and have conversations with us and even sit to have a drink after they finished their shift! Specifically Aggelos was lovely to us all as we came as a big group and learned all of our names. Would 100% come here again!!

House keeping could be improved due to the location of the hotel being right on the beach meaning sand can get everywhere quite easily and my friend had an unpleasant experience with one of the house keepers (but this was quickly sorted by staff downstairs).

Location could not be more perfect - on the beach so the views are fab, at the end of strip so not too noisy, but still near to everything you could need. Staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are well equipped and comfortable. So glad we chose to stay here!
