Kitchenette seemed to be just for show- hob didnt work, no tea or coffee facilities. Not really feasible to walk to the beach.

Great pool, comfortable rooms. Good air con, beds and shower. Friendly and helpful staff (eg lent us an iron). V reasonable service for laundry. Basically a good location to explore and for access to Naxos town if you have a car. Good area for running- quite flat. Generally v good value for the price, esp compared to accommodation in Santorini or Mykonos

Bathroom could do with hooks for towels and a shower curtain as it floor got flooded after every shower.

Very clean - cleaned daily and towels changed every second day. Option to have your washing down. Handy to have a pool as Naxos was often too windy to be at the beach. Pool wasn’t used by a lot of people so had it to ourselves a lot. Owner very helpful with any queries.

Our staying was marveollous! Manolis studios is very well maintained, with beautiful swimmingpool and flowers! The apartment has a beautiful terrace, from wich you can see an amazing sunset.Manolis Studios' s position is strategic to reach the most beautiful beaches. The staff was absolutly helpful to satisfy all our requests. Highly recomended!

The pillows were very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep on. The mattresses however were very comfortable. The Wifi was very unstable and the internet connection super slow : (

Location was a bit further away from the main town (Chora) but that's just due to lack of research on my behalf. Would definitely recommend renting a car as it makes things a lot easier when travelling the island as there isn't too much facilities within walking distance. However a car is definitely necessary regardless as you need to explore the vast island.

Room was very spacious and clean. Cleaners did an amazing job at the cleaning each day, always came home to the room being spotless. Staff we're incredibly accommodating, giving plenty of advice and tips and gave speedy answers to any and all questions that we had. More than enough space for parking. Pool was also beautiful. Definitely would return.

Manolis Studios is a peaceful place with amazing views and a lovely bucolic setting. The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable and the balcony was incredible, with a perfect view on Mikri Vigla and Kastraki beach and good quality table and chairs. You can have a stunning sunset show from the balcony facing the sea. The swimming pool is large and very clean. You can relax on very comfortable sunbeds. All around is calm and peaceful, there are a few nice rabbits and chickens nearby. A beautiful Bougainville was covering part of the building, absolutely stunning! The staff is incredibly supportive and very kind. This place exceeded my expectations and I recommend you give it a try.

Exceptionally clean - daily room service. Simple but fully functional apartment design. Well-kept and nicely maintained garden with many plants and lots of shade. Amazing swimming pool (deep and spacious). Sunbeds can be placed under the covered patio that provides shade all day. Very friendly staff - if needed, someone can always be found.

The room did not match the description I booked. It was advertised with a sea view, which was the main reason I chose this property so far from Naxos Chora. Instead, I received a garden view, which felt misleading. Also, the pictures from the room didn't match at all the room we got. There were tiny insects (likely booklice) in the room throughout the stay. I had to kill several around the bed each night, making it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. Also, many ants were crawling on the floor as there were tiny holes between the walls and the floor. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, making it awkward and uncomfortable to use. The sink also flooded because water wouldn’t drain properly. There was no actual hot water, only lukewarm, which wasn’t sufficient. The property lists 24/7 front desk service, but in reality, there is no reception, only a young person who shows up at certain hours and isn’t allowed to resolve issues himself. They claim to provide soap and toiletries, but there was only a single small hotel-style bottle that was never replaced. Finally, although I grew up on a farm and am used to animals, there was a yard with chickens and a rooster right next door and the rooster crowed loudly all night and day. It was honestly the first time in my life that animal sounds disturbed my sleep. It was just one more thing that prevented a peaceful stay.

The location was peaceful during the day, and the garden area was pleasant. The pool was amazing with comfortable sunbeds. The host communicated politely after I made the effort to install and use Viber, knowing it's more commonly used in Greece. He offered one night free, although I couldn’t accept it due to pre-booked ferry tickets and I wouldn't after a few days there, I just wanted to leave from that place.

When daily housekeeping is mentioned in the facilities, we expected our beds to be clean atleast every few days but the linen were never changed, no new toilet paper, no new trashbags etc. It was very poorly cleaned. Moreover, the first day we arrived, the shower was covered in sand and not cleaned.. Furthermore, the location of the studios could be described as middle of nowhere; not the hotels fault of course but yeah, not very convenient Also, the 5 days we were there; we only saw the reception desk open twice for an hour or so and the receptionist being the young son of the owner. It is a little scary coming back in the evening to a dark (not many lights outside) and empty hotel. Lastly, on our last day we were promised by the receptionist to help us with our luggage to the bus stop in order to take our ferry afterwards; he never showed up and did not answer our calls, this was very frustrating.

We liked the pool and the balcony feature, but that is about it.

The place looks better in pictures. There was no water one of the days we stayed. Probably maintenance. Nice people but I don't think they understood me or my English well 🙂

Nice pool and beautiful farm. A nice spot if you want to have a quiet vacation in nature
