Everything was perfect

We didn't have hot water after 21:00 . So need to take shower before this time..

Views, spacious rooms, good bathroom and well equipped kitchen

Poor breakfast option, difficult to find and no instructions sent for opening gate and door

the balcony was not clean, it should have been cleaned before our stay and it was not cleaned even during our stay.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It had all of the old world charm typical of Greek houses but with modern day amenities. And the view from the balcony of the Jason room was simply one of the best I’ve ever had! This is the only place I would stay at again in Volos!

The mattresses were a bit on the hard side

First of all, cleanliness. Everything was very very clean, and the apartment was in top shape. It has a good location if you are with a car, and a fantastic view of the city. The owner Julia is very friendly and took care of our every needs. The amenities are also in top shape.

The beds were a bit soft. It is just a recommendation that when the facility will replace the matresses, they can choose a harder matress. But you can sleep well right now, no worries :)

The property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views out towards Volos, and the rooms are finished to a high standard and very well equipped. Our host was very friendly and helpful on the phone when we needed a little extra guidance to locate the property. All in we liked everything.

We initially couldn't quite figure out which property it was, I think an extra sign with the English name would be helpful. Google maps does take you there but there was some doubt whether it was the right property or not. If you have young children and want to walk to the local restaurants, there is a short walk on the road with no pavement so you have to be a bit careful, but these are very minor issues, we loved the property and would very happily stay again.

Checkin process could be smoother (we had to call to get the pins for the doors). Breakfast was rather sad and consisted of toast bread cheese and ham. There could have been more coffee capsules (we had 4 for two people for three days).

The property was located in village above Volos.. slept 4 comfortably and had all the amenities ( kitchen, food for breakfast, coffee).. room was very clean and comfortable.. would stay there again

A wonderful place with a great view. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. We have got all the facilities for a good stay of a big family.

We stayed for just one night. A huge advantage of the property is the stunning view of Volos. Well-equipped terrace allowes you to enjoy the view. Additionally, the apartment was clean, adequately equipped with appliances, including the kitchenware. Air conditioning was available in every room.

I had a major issue with communicating with the owner, who wasn't present on-site. Before I could reach them, I stood by the gate for quite a while, ringing nervosly on different provided numbers, worried that I might end up sleeping in my car. The parking area is quite small. I struggled to maneuver my van in and out. Parking maneuvers were made more difficult by sprinklers wetting the windows. Breakfast consisted of just some toast bread, packaged ham and cheese, some spreads, some crispy snacks... and that's it. I was disappointed because it was just enough for 3 big guys. Similarly, I was let down by the bed arrangement. I had to sleep on a bunk bed despite the description also mentioning regular double beds in both bedrooms. Additionally, there was a lack of bedding and even a pillow for one person from our group. The absence of the owner on-site prevented a swift response. In summary, the property is nice and modern, however, discrepancies in the description can lead to inconveniences. I believe it's perfect for families with children (2+2), but not suitable for 4 adults.

Beautiful view of Volos.

We had a long walk to town, so you need a car or hire a taxi. The breakfast was not good.

‘Sorry’ to give all a 10 but actually it was. A very luxury appt with extreme view over Volos. Nice and prompt English communication. We’ve chooses this place because of the surroundings all easy accessible without the Volos traffic. Volos is a very touristic and busy place where we just been once at Harbour front. Although it was May it is very nice and touristic and hectic. We’ve found a very nice Greek authentic restaurant to meet the Greek way of noisy live. The rest of our 5 days stay we spent discovering the nature and other lovely places like Afissos, the beautiful Pileon balcony village Makrinitsa and a lot more highlights of our holiday.
