If you have mobility issues you would struggle with the very steep hill. Apart from a very small supermarket, nice beach and one restaurant at the bottom of this steep hill you need to walk, up and down this and other hills for amenities and services. For this reason transport is really needed. We hired a scooter which was great.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Cleaned every day (apart from Sunday). Well equipped and plenty of space. Quality finish e.g. tiles. Everything about the accommodation itself was great. Maria ordered a taxi for us from the port (€20).

We thought we would have some evening sun but actually there was no sun at all during the day (we came in november), which to me was a bit sad. Fortunately there's a rooftop around the corner that gets morning sun so we had breakfast there and that saved the whole vacation. =) I only tried the wifi one day but it was too slow for my work so I used my phone wifi.

At arrival it was a super nice meet by Maria, she is a lovely and very helpful host! She also helped us with the bed during the week which was lovely! We really liked her. Also the apartment is really nice and the view is so calming. Always warm water, good heater. The kitchen works really well!

The hill

Shower sealing is not complete and water is seeping through, we blocked this with a towel.

Maria was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. Communication with her was easy, quick and courteous. Our room was cleaned, towels changed and even dishes washed (!) on a daily basis. A technical problem with the WiFi was handled with sincere efforts to repair ASAP. We were welcomed with fruit, cold water and were complemented with some cake during our stay. The place is quiet, far from the noise of the main street of Masouri. Nice view of the sea from the table outside.

Maria's studios is a great place to stay and Maria is most helpful! The studios have a beautiful view of the sea and Telendos island, the kitchen is well equipped, the studio is spacious, the terrace is really nice, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a little old, but everything works well and is still decent. I purposefully chose to stay outside of the main climbing town of Masouri, and enjoyed the quiet that came with that. The little beach of Melitsahas is just a two minute walk down the hill and one of the nicest beachest around. It's recommended to rent a car or scooter to go around (5-10 min scooter ride to Masouri). I am definitely planning to return!

The accommodation is of a very good standard, with everything you need, clean and quiet. Although the accommodation is accessible via a steep hill if you use the vehicle access, there is an easier way via the side of the property. The view from the balcony was great, overlooking Telendos. There is a beach at the bottom of the hill with a taverna and mini market. Maria could not have been more helpful arranging a taxi to and from the port.

The property was a 20 min walk or so from the busier area which wasn’t a problem as it’s a lovely to walk around. Also, most people hire scooters so it’s not a problem

The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond during my stay! The property was in a nice and quiet location, with stunning views. The studio themselves are exceptionally clean, with thorough daily cleans by a friendly lady. The cooking facility’s are good for a studio, with electric hobs, pans utensils, filter coffee machine, toasty maker etc. The oven was really useful (not many places have them). So overall would recommend anyone travelling to Kalymnos to stay here!

There was nothing to dislike about the studio, there is a steep short walk up to the studios from the beach but the views make it worthwhile.

Maria and Harry are excellent hosts. They were always available if needed. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained as was the whole property. The views from the room to Telendos are beautiful. Extra touches like cakes and fruit left for us in the room were much appreciated.
