All was great except it was not clear that the property was next to a busy main road that had articulated lorries passing right next to the pool.

Cleanliness, value for money, close to village.

The communication could have been better. Messages sent by the host were helpful, but slow replies if any. The morning ~24 hours before checkout we sent a message to ask a question but never got an answer. Finally, we had one very awkward morning when the woman who cleaned the rooms was screaming very angrily and loudly in a phonecall while being right outside of our room and even continuing when she was in our room and we were there... We understand that there maybe private reasons to have such a phonecall, but in that case keep it private rather than standing right next to the guests. She did clean very well thought😇 hygiene was perfect.

Comfortable room with lots of space and all facilities you need. Beautiful exterior area with a nice clean pool. Also very hygienic with frequent cleaning and replacing of towels. Only downside in terms of facilities was a very small bathroom.

Woken by sheep one morning at the crack of dawn, not the fault of the apartment and not really that much of a problem.

10 min walk from the center of town, spotlessly clean if a little basic. Lovely pool which is, like the balcony, a real suntrap. Efi the owner was really helpful and the apartment was well serviced.

A clean studio next to the port of Agia Effimia. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Evi and the staff are friendly and they run also a good pastry shop!

I thought it was lovely and would happily stay there again. Nothing to dislike. Comfortable rooms, nicely furnished balconies, superb view AND a swimming pool. Excellent value for money. Only a few minutes to the village centre, friendly people...

Location was good, close to the center of the village and local tavernas. The property although basic was really lovely and clean. with a pool, veranda and kitchenette. The rooms were exceedingly clean and the staff were excellent.

Cleaning is not done everyday. Overall it's very noisy as it's very close to the road (the pictures aren't showing it but the house is on the side of a busy road). The room we've been in didn't have a single large bed for couples it was only two small ones. The bathroom is small and ours was filled with cleaning supply like a storeroom, taking most of the space. If you want to sleep, bring earplugs. If you want to have a good time, save your money for another location, you can find much better places in the area for a smaller price.

Absolutely amazing people who own the place, very accommodating as our flight home wasn't until late. Brilliant facilities, great location and amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Busy and noisy road keeps you awake. Very difficult to park the car since there is no parking at the facility and no sidewalk. So you have to park partly on that busy road. No hot water during the entire stay. WiFi reception was very bad. There was a strong chlorine smell. There were ants everywhere. Ours beds were full of them.

The road near the property was very busy and noisy with cement lorries and trucks passing but wasn't really a problem if the windows were shut.

it was located right next to a BUSY road and when traffic went by you couldn’t hear yourself speak if you were on the balcony, also there was no partitions on the balcony. It wasn’t private in anyway and the pool wasn’t able to be used.

The main road. This is quite busy and noisy at times. Although not a deal breaker, we would return.

So welcoming and comfortable. Large apartment with everything you could want or need. Fantastic welcome and delicious bakery products.
