There is nothing that we do not like.

Everything was perfect. The location, the house, and our room with a sea view. It was very clean and they changed the sheets every day. The owner was really kind, and the food was amazing .

If you want to escape Planet Earth and the 21-st century, with your kids, or partner, or alone -- Marianna Studios at Kriaritsi Beach is your place. The relative remoteness (yet at just 10 minutes from the main road) and the 1 km (out of 4 km) of unpaved but very smooth and easy road will keep the crowd away. Once you get out of the main road, the fun labyrinth of small roads is easy to navigate with a GPS and there are signs also. This maze only adds to the feeling of an escape. So the only thing you will hear from your window at night will be the waves 100 meters away and an occasional animal sound from the few farms in the valley. The silence is deafening. The whole studio, kitchen, and bathroom were super clean, and a lady cleans the studios daily. The family who owns Marianna Studios (Dimitri and Aristoteles) will secure freshly caught fish whenever you request it and their mother will cook it (or any Greek dish you request) in the adjoining tavern. The tavern itself is right in front of the building and in the yard, but is not noisy as the guests are families, the music is very quiet, and it closes at 10 in the evening. The fenced yard is huge and has swings and slides, so you can let the kids free. The beach is 100 meters away, is barely populated, yet it has enough high vista cafes, a camping site at the far end, and a romantic view towards Mount Athos and a few small islands. A beach of your own, essentially. The sand is quite good and there are enough sun beds and umbrellas. Just WATCH THE KIDS as the SEA BOTTOM is QUITE STEEP !!! You can spend a week at Marianna's in KRIARITSI and not need to go anywhere else. Need variety? Go to KALAMITSI Beach for a day -- 4 km back to the main road, then 3 km South. Much food (eat at Zorba's) and fun (boats) there. Take an umbrella at the very North end -- the sea is super smooth. Super fine sand and SMOOTH SEA BOTTOM for KIDS. Would go to Marianna Studios at KRIARITSI again any Sunday :) Thanks, guys!

Our room was expanding in 2-levels and it wasn't ideal with our 5 year old child. But this might as well be my fault for not checking it when I booked the place. There were some nudists freely camping in the far left corner of the beach area, probably reminiscent of the 80's-90's area's glory, which is kind of out of place now in 2024. You can easily avoid them though, so not an issue.

Strongly suggested for a secluded and peaceful vacation. The area offers an amazing beach, a beach bar, a restaurant, and a small market place in the nearby camping spot. Cleaning services in the Marianna Studios were top notch and staff was pleasant. Overall, a very nice 1-week family vacation.

The only thing I can mention as a disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very bad, so you can hear a lot between the rooms, which can bother people who are sensitive to noise, if the neighbors are loud, which usually doesn't last too long because this place is visited by people who want peace and quiet during vacation.

Accommodation in a beautiful natural environment, surrounded by the most beautiful beaches. Extremely friendly and kind hosts, delicious food and affordable prices in the tavern, hygiene at a high level… peace, nature and the sound of waves...Kriaritsi beach is few steps away, beautiful Klimataria beach is 10 minutes drive away, Tigania beach too, Sykia 20 minutes and Sarti 25-30minutes drive away. The road to the accommodation is a bit challenging, partly asphalted and partly not, but it is wide and safe and you just need to follow the road signs, everything is marked and we arrived at our destination without any difficulties.

The location is very remote, but that is also the beauty of the property. That's the reason why it is so calming and private.

Reaching the property is a bit hard - there is a maze of roads going in every possible direction, so even with a GPS navigation it was a challenge the first few times

The house was large and had decent amenities and they cleaned it every day. The local restaurant is run-of-the-mill Greek tavern, but they served one of the best tsipoura around. The nearby beach is good and not very crowded

Wifi could be a little better

The room is very spacious with 2 large confy beds. Newly renovated with good taste in design. View towards the sea and mount Athos. At noon when we retreated home you can seat in the balcony having the sun behind while having a confy wind breeze.

The location is just a few steps to Kriaritsi Beach, in which you will also find the beach bar of the same owners. The place is very cosy under the trees in a beautiful garden. We stayed at the bungalovs, which is a family-size place. It was very clean and well organized. There are a few things you can use in it like pan, forks etc. with an induction cooker, but you can also bring your own stuff to cook things in the bungalov. The place also has their own restaurant, which serves great food with affordable prices compared to the general. You can find mini markets in the camping facility just near the stay, or drive 10-15 minutes to the nearest markets, bakery etc.

The hotel is super. Everything is new, modern. The cleanliness is perfect. Masters and staff are very friendly and helpful. In the Tavern you can have a delicious meal. A little weak Wi-Fi. Super bar on the beach! Konstantinos, was gteate, thank you!

No complaints!

Excellent location - just a few steps from exciting ⛱️. The bungalow is located in a well maintained garden with 🌳 where virtuoso birds sing all day long. It is a clean bungalow, very well equipped with all you need. Extremely friendly stuff - they will help you and make your vacation really relax. The tavern will offer you delicious food and qualitated drinks. Strongly recommend visiting Marianna Studios in order to have a relaxing and exciting vacation.

You should know that the studio is located at around 10-20 minutes driving distance from the nearest village. If you go at the end of the season as we did, you need to have in mind that if you enjoy being around more people and if you would like to see some variety of restaurants, coffee places and so on, you will need to drive either to Kalamitsi, Sarti or Sikya.

Our stay was simply amazing! This place is like a piece of heaven - we had a great sea view from a big balcony and we could enjoy the sunrise in the morning hours. The place was at a 2 minutes walking distance from the beach itself. Oh...the beach! Sandy coast with incredibly clean water. It's very peaceful and quiet, as it is further away from the populated areas around, and if you are into this, it provides great stargazing opportunities. In addition, the hosts were really kind. We felt like they really went that extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible, even though we were their only guests at the end of the season. They have already closed the restaurant by the time we got there, but kindly offered to cook whatever we like from the menu in case we decided to get lunch or dinner there (of course, we had to tell them a couple of hours in advance, so they can prepare it). We also got a bunch of compliments from our hosts (like Greek coffee, bottled water, honey etc). We are really grateful for the entire experience and we will surely return for another round of all this next year.

Unfortunately the outside area to our studio was a bit lack lustre. It was not divided off from the neighbors and so we had to sit amongst their laundry hanging out with bins and mop and bucket ( not quite what the pictures suggest) but unfortunately this wasn't the biggest issue. The biggest issue was the row of at least 8 huge overflowing skips full of rubbish as you enter the beach and accommodation. When you look to the left you see that the reason for these overflowing skips is the huge camping/ caravan site right next to them. It's such a shame. This area would be beautiful without this absolute eye sore. It's not the fault of the Marianna studios and I'm sure they aren't happy about it but unfortunately I have to mention it as it did ruin the romantic atmosphere of what could be an absolutely gorgeous location for Marianna studios.

The studio was brand new, modern , clean and spacious with air conditioning. It is quiet and in a family run taverna Note that the kitchen is extremely small and not well enough equipped to cook meals adequately. The new studios are all contained within this the only restaurant in the immediate area directly on the beautiful beach ( only about a 1 minute walk over sand dunes ). Also note there are 2 wooden cabins in the grounds that are not quite as modern as the studios in the taverna building.

Location was great, excellent view to the sea and mount Athos. Room cleaning service perfect, they cleaned our room everyday. We ate delicious food in the cafe. Highly recommended
