The location was perfect - right in the heart of Fira. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving me a list of places to eat at and things to see and explaining how and where to catch the bus. The jacuzzi was really nice.

The Owner, Elias, is a kind, pleasant and amazing person. He does everything at the best for guests. Facilities in this place are incredible, it exceeded my expectations. You will have a pleasant and warm stay in this structure. Bedroom super comfortable. Absolutely recommended!!

We had an amazing stay at Marquise Suites! Elias was such a warm and welcoming host — he made us feel right at home from the start. He gave us great tips on places to visit, bars, clubs, and the best views around Santorini. The suite was beautiful and super comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, adults-only spot in Santorini!

Couldn’t of found a better location if we tried. Communication was exceptional. The suite itself was perfect and had everything we needed.

Everything! Room is spacious, location is very central with walking distance to restaurants, bar and supermarket. The owners are a the nicest people, they welcome you with an aperitivo in the room, provide fresh beach box every day with beach bag, towels, water and bluethoot speaker

Elias greeted us warmly at the suites and gave us a map with a lot of very helpful information about the local bus routes and recommended a tavern that we visited and was a great local restaurant. They had prepared a lovely surprise plate of fruit for us, with water and wine. The bathroom was lovely and clean, the jet tub was also a delightful treat! We really enjoyed the fresh robe and slippers that were provided. They also provided us with a beach bag, towels and a bluetooth speaker for our beach trips, which was so kind! The location is perfect, so close to the central bus station which has buses that will take you everywhere you need! It was also close enough to the bus station and main part of town for my mum, who has difficulty walking. They also very kindly arranged for us to pick up a forgotten item.

We were so happy with our stay at Marquise Suites! Everything was exceptional with amazing service provided and in the middle of everything perfect location, we will definitely be back on our next visit and 10/10 recommend to others!!

Nothing we didn’t like- amazing stay

The property is so near the Fira Bus station so it was accessible to travel to other towns even if you don’t have a rented car. There were a lot of restaurants nearby also. The room was so nice and it felt really luxurious. The best part as everyone has been saying, is the service of Elias and Christina, it was top class. I really enjoyed my stay here and felt really comfortable because of them. I will be recommending this place to my friends and for sure I will come back here myself.

If you’re looking for affordable accommodation with outstanding service and a central location, Marquise Suites delivers on every aspect. Ilias and his team are so warm, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure you have a perfect stay. As you check in, Ilias even takes the time to recommend you beaches, villages and local restaurants that have been personally vetted by him!The rooms are well-equipped (with even a welcome bottle of wine and cold cuts!), clean, modern and very thoughtfully planned out down to the secure automatic locking system. You are minutes walk from Thira, a quick stroll from all the restaurants and bars and easy to get to the neighbouring villages. We sadly were ill on one of the days and Ilias made sure we had the right medication and were looked after too. A host that genuinely cares for their guests and wants to ensure they have the best time in Santorini - we couldn’t be more grateful! See you on our next stay!

The personnel were very polite and attentive. Received us with a little welcome surprise. They went above and beyond with local recommendations. Even during a very hot say, they prepared hand-made lemonade as refreshment! It is walking distance from variety of restaurants, stores, and pharmacies. They even support with transportation from and to the airport or ferries’ port.

Perfect local, easily walkable to Fira. Tremendous amount detail and effort put into the rooms. It made the stay really enjoyable.

A very good hotel, centrally located yet in a quieter area, everything is within a 5-minute walk. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, the room is modern and exceptionally clean. There's a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. If I come to Fira again, I’ll definitely stay here.

I’ve never felt so welcome before.. I’ve been to over 25 countries, expensive and cheap hotels and Elias brought us to a new level of treatment, we just loved! Everything was perfect, highlight of the room is the jacuzzi outside, so nice at night.

Centrally located within walking distance from Fira bus station. Great hosts (Christina and Elias) who checked in with all our needs and went the distance to call and check with the taxi/bus company for us. The surprise platter and home made wine were so good! They even gave us a list of their recommended restaurants on the island. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a day out was a huge perk.

Nothing much but the club nearby can be quite loud at night but we were given earplugs. We managed to sleep well without them though.

Beautiful and comfy room to stay in. The location was great as it was near so many restaurants in Fira and for people who use the bus it's also very close to the bus station. Elias was such a nice host and he took the time to give us a lot of information about the city and different places in Santorini. Christina and Elias also took the time to prepare a nice welcome gift for us which was really appreciated. One of the perks that we loved was that they had beach baskets with towels, water and a speaker ready to go for us to borrow free of charge. If ever we were to come back to Santorini we'd definitely love to stay here again.

The welcome, The lovely bottle of wine and tray of meats cheese and olives on arrival. Super hosts, the suite was amazing, lovely little touches. Also the private outdoor area was lovely. The area is great as it's close to all the amenities in Fira. Elias, explained to us about all the best places to go around the Island, that was very helpful and Christina sent us all the parking information, which was a great help. Overall perfect place to stay, would recommend for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and were always ready to help with whatever we needed. The wide range of facilities at the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was clean and well-maintained — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bed was also a standout feature – the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!
