Showers and bathroom were very poor. We had someone come in to fix our sink that was already faulty upon arrival, and then once he left we had notice that he attempted to repair the toilet which then led us to have to pay a €70 fine as apparently the toilet tank wasn’t connected to the wall anymore even thought this was the result of the plumber coming in to fix our sink ????

The beds are not very comfortable as you can feel the springs inside, no curtains to block the light coming in from the windows. The first few days the room was stinking because of pluming but they changed us to different rooms after and it was ok. There weren't also curtains in the shower, making it nearly impossible to not get everything wet inside the bathroom.

I liked the location, loved the staff. We really loved meeting everyone working there, as it was season closing and there was not so much people in Zakynthos anymore. It was nice to be able to create a connection with everyone at the hotel. They managed to change our room when we told there was a smell inside our room due to bad pluming.

Perfect for budget friendly young short stayers. Only a few minutes walk from the strip. Please note for future bookers, a pool party is held every week. Rooms are basic and somewhat clean but you are paying for what you get. Super super great price. Working air con. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so helpful. My friends and I had an incident with a police officer and received a ticket, which one of the bartenders kindly translated for me. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and great at recommending local activities. As mentioned before recommended for youngsters who are booking for a cheap and easy stay, close to the Zante strip .

I didn’t like the other people who worked there, one of the ladies there was super mean with us. The room also was very poor, we didn’t have almost anything, very poor facilities.. I was a little bit disappointed, but it was pretty clean..

I liked the bartender Mario who was super nice and helpful and I liked the pool, it was refreshing

Shower was simply just the floor, no curtains or doors . Toilet didn’t flush after day 2, stains on bedding and towels. Pool is quite dirty too , had a layer of oil over the top.

It was on the strip so a very short walk to the clubs, bars and restaurants

The room does not look excatly like on pictures. There were no useable kitchen facilities, just some disgusting plate and glasses. There is no curtain or anything on the shower. We stayed 7 nights, on the second night we got new towels, and they cleaned our room, but that was the only one time for the whole week.

The location is really good, the hotel has a cool vibe.

i didn’t like how the pool didn’t get cleaned after the parties and u also have to ask for utensils like ketals , the beds weren’t the comfiest but u get what u pay for as the hotel was cheap

Bathrooms are dirty and pool smells but we didn’t expect much for the money we paid.

The pool area can be dangerous. Really sharp holes on the side of the pool- 3 injuries on the same slab in 1 day. One of the girls had to go to A and E. It’s fine but the sharp slabs need either fixing, covering or warning signs on them.

The vibes round the pool were great every day. Good music, reasonably priced food and drink. The decor is perfect for a girls holiday. Just wish there were a few more sunbeds available!

The bed had missing slats which made it uncomfortable and there were minimal kitchen facilities such as not enough glasses and no bowls or plates. You get what you pay for in this hotel so if you are looking for just a room to stay in in between nights out then this hotel is for you.

We loved the location and the pool area as well as the friendly staff. The room was a decent size for 4 of us and was suitable for a week. Would recommend for a party or group holiday. All guests in hotel were friendly and spoke to one another making the environment positive and welcoming

The light in the room was not working. Hot water was practically not running - it depends on time when youtook shower.

The only issue I believe was the strength of our third bed in the room that the supports kept falling out. A stronger room door and a safe would be nice additions perhaps

Location is perfect by the strip but just about far enough that it’s quite at night. The colourful environment encourages every guest at the hotel to mingle which made the hotel feel like the perfect home for our stay.
