It's noisy at the evening because studios is right at the street.

We had great time at Mavra studios. Location is very good, just a street from the beach with a natural shadow. Studio has big balcony with a nice view. Staff is helpful and polite . Room is clean and comfortable. There is a snack bar in the object which is very useful and Lefkas town is just 5 min drive.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and like the place and the staff. It’s dead opposite a beach and close to the best pizza place in the world (we kid you not) and a great Taverna. Rooms are clean and have good facilities. We’ll be back again i’m sure.

Location was brilliant...a small beach just across the road. Easy long walks along the shore line. Mountain and sea views from the front of the property. A small grouping of shoreside tavernas a very short walk away. The town was a short drive away, with more bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The accomodation was immaculate, serviced every 2 days. Fantastic small kitchen area with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and made an effort to chat everyday without over doing it. We could not recommend any changes to make it any better. Lovely place, lovely people.

Please be aware that you do have to cross a very busy road, on a dangerous corner, to access the beach. The property is not beachfront as we expected. The balcony in our room faced directly onto a wall. We were mindful of this when booking, but I could imagine you would be disappointed if not aware.

We were met by the lovely owner who managed to allow us into our room earlier than expected. The room was very clean and comfortable with minimal kitchen facilities. The AC was excellent, and the bathroom was fabulous. The accommodation is central to some excellent areas on the island. There was a beach bar (with service) and cafe which provided a good choice of snacks and drinks. The beach was very nice, with small pebbles, clear water, and clean. Parking was limited and on the main road. Linen was clean and fresh with good comfortable beds.

Grigorios, the owner, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! I really appreciated this a lot :) He helped me plan my days, recommended places for me to visit, chatted in a friendly way and also helped me book my accommodation in Ithaka where I was going next. The studios themselves are set in a lovely, peaceful place with a small but very nice beach lined with trees, just across the road. My studio was clean and comfortable and had a balcony at the back of the building which looked out on an area with trees, greenery, flowers - and a very adorable little black and white cat who visited me every morning for breakfast :) It was very peaceful. I really liked Mavra Studios and would wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you Gerasimos for a lovely stay and for all your help!

Accomodation is right next to busy road which can be disturbing to rooms located to roadside. Crossing is sometimes challenge. Parking during day almost impossible. Bed for me was bit uncomfy.

Very good location, close to beach and excellent restaurant right next. They offer beach service with beds and umbrellas. City of Lefkada is close so many more options of food/cafes are near.

The appartment was facing the road, there was a lot of traffic most of the time and as a consequence a lot of noise, which made it difficult to rest properly.

Lots of stairs - difficult for our elderly mother

Quiet location, slightly difficult as we didnt have a car - just caught bus in to the main town and walked to nearest supermarket; beach across the road was clean and calm Beautiful room with kitchenette and 2 balconies - well-presented
