Reviews of Mavrias Complex

We loved that the flat was spacious, cleaned every day, and was conveniently located near shops, tavernas, and not too far from the beach. It wasn't too loud in the evenings, although the flat was on the main road. The staff working in the bakery under were lovely and very helpful.

Although this is a personal preference, we found the beds a bit hard. Also, it might be helpful if there is a welcome pack in the flat with the wi-fi, local amenities, directions to the beach, and where to call in case of emergency.

Friendly host made us feel very welcome. Spacious living area. Two balconies. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and bars within a short walk as well as a cafe and a spar. Very quiet.

Great location, a peaceful place right behind the main road, where there're plenty of restaurant. Nice garden. Facilities can meet basic requirement.

Clearness can be improved, so as the bath tub.

Newley renovated, beautiful and very clean. We gând a nice balcony as well. It has a beautiful garden with launge chairs where you can relax. There is also a small playground for kids. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the towels are changed. The cleaning lady was so nice, she made fun shapes out of the towels. It was a nice and appreciated surprise. It is close to the beach (around 600m). On your way to the beach you pass by lots of stores and restaurants. It is close to many restaurants. It is also Close to a supermarket and an emergency clinic. You pretty much have anything you could need and want close to the property. The owner was nice, told us some of the things that we can find around the area. He also was was waiting for us when we arrived. We communicated pur arrival tine and he was there when we vot there. Showed us the place and told us where we can find the stores and other useful things. There is a car rental nearby as well as places selling tours. You will find everything you need on your way to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the water is warm.

We don’t have any complaints. It was lovely.

We recently stayed at this complex, and I must say, we were truly impressed. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and a large terrace. It exceeded our expectations and was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were very well-maintained and green, with a small play area for children. There were also sunbeds available throughout the property. The room was cleaned daily. They also have private parking. I want to mention that we were welcomed warmly, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If we return to Zakynthos, we will definitely come back here. We felt right at home, and we highly recommend this complex

The apartments are newly decorated and furnished. Our studio apartment was really nice, modern, had many amenities and a great patio which overlooked the olive trees. Such a lovely spot for breakfast and a drink before going out to dinner. The cleaner came in daily to provide a spruce up and fresh towels. The kitchen area was well enough equipped to rustle up light snacks and the Spar is only a couple of minutes away. The beach is about a 10 minute walk, and the tavernas and restaurants are only a minute or two - although there is no noise from them near the apartment. It’s set in wonderful grounds with beds and brollies if you don’t fancy the beach. Maria and Babis are wonderful hosts and make you feel part of the family during your stay.

There is no pool at the apartments but you can use the one at the hotel next door.

The apartments are excellently located just off the main road but no noise, and set in lovely gardens with loungers and children’s area. The apartment was spotless, the bed large and extremely comfortable and kitchen had two ring induction hob along with toaster, kettle etc. Aircon worked a treat and was thankful for the mosquito mesh on window and patio door so that you could leave both open without worry. Nice touches from host with water, orange juice and chocolate wafers in the fridge on arrival. Apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed changed 4 times in the fortnight we stayed. Taxis to and from airport were also organised by Maria at a good price. Short walk to restaurants, large supermarket and around 10 minutes to the beach. Totally relaxing stay. Everything was perfect apartment was very clean and comfortable, the owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, it was just a short ten minute walk to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and bars but you couldn’t hear any noise at night in the apartment

The place was amazing and the host were so accommodating! We were able to have the room until the evening on our last day which was so helpful and we managed to check in early! The rooms were cleaned every day and the area is just a fantastic part of Tsivili with lots of amazing restaurants!!

The apartment is 10 minutes on foot away from the beach and really close to restaurants and cocktail bars. It was both comfortable and clean and the owner has been extremely nice to us.

Beds were not that comfortable.

The property is equipped with everything necessary, comfortable, stylish and clean.

Superb! An extraordinary location, an oasis of peace and a beautiful and well-kept yard. Comfortable, very clean apartment, with all the necessary equipment, 2 minutes from taverns but also quiet due to the location, 10-12 minutes walk to the beach. The parking space is a big plus. Mr. Babis a great man, very helpful, benevolent and always with a kind word. We heartedly recommend it! We miss you already...I hope to see you again soon!

You have to be much too picky to find something you don't like at Mavrias Complex!

Apartment was perfect! new, clean room, with all conveniences (including iron, mini safe, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine etc ). room cleaning is every day. Owner is very nice and welcoming. also we find some lovely treats :) Complex is 10 minutes walking from the beach, also it is near Main Street with a lot of cafes, bars, shops

The place was new, super clean and there was a space for kids to play. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming and the cleaning lady did an excellent job every time she cleaned. No noise, even though it's in the center of a heavily touristy area. The two-bedroom apartments are simply great for families.

Nothing really, everything was great!

We stayed in the gorgeous Loft Apartment. What a spot, excellent location, just off the main road but very peaceful considering. Huge apartment, with all the facilities you'd need. 2 good sized bedrooms with very comfy beds, great storage etc. Lovely big front room, kitchen diner, with beautiful pitched wooden roof throughout. Decent bathroom with excellent shower over the bath & washing machine (take your own tablets). From the front room & double bedroom, you can exit via 3 sets of patio doors onto the huge full length balcony, which boasted picturesque, green, glorious inland mountain views. The hosts were welcoming & very accommodating, even allowing us a very generous checkout time. All in all, we had an amazing stay and memory filled holiday. Only small mention would be the double bedroom air-conditioning had a fault & needed a part. But the hosts provided fans and we were quite comfortable.

- Very convenient location in the heart of restaurants, cafes and shops - Very spacious, clean and well maintained rooms - Nice balcony to dry your clothes - Friendly host and special mention to their flexibility to allow us to check out late since we had an evening flight

- when we arrived it was late at night and we were not sure where to go, some additional signs would have helped. We ended up calling Maria and she coordinated everything very quickly. - our room was at second floor so we had to carry our 2 large suitcases over the stairs. Nothing major but please plan for your luggage accordingly. - these are just minor points to consider while booking. The stay is absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zakynthos.

The deluxe room was exactly like the photos, very modern and clean. Mosquito doors, cleaners came every day and not too early! Grounds were immaculate, surrounded by olive trees and a field of horses. Netflix in the room as well as a few free items in the fridge. Large shower. Quiet at night.

Everything was great, however don’t be mislead by reading previous questions as you are no longer allowed to use the pool at the Paradise Bar Hotel this can only be used for their residents only! The beach however is only a 10-15 minute stroll.
