Location was perfect. Eptalofos a beautiful small picturesque town. The property is just outside of town only a few hundred meters from downtown. Staff very kind and helpful. Stayed in the Attic type room which looked very rustic yet ceiling was kind of too low and needed to be aware of it to avoid hitting your head. Breakfast very tasty but not buffet type

It has a restaurant next to the entrance with great food. The owner has developed a menu that is based on natural and seasonal ingredients of exceptional quality. Everything is made from scratch even the butter and bread, if you want to explore Greek culinary traditions combined with your stay you should visit

We are repeat guests! What we love about this guesthouse is the homemade, delicious food the owners prepare every day and the cosy atmosphere, the friendly banter and the wonderful jazz music playlists at all times.

Literally nothing, 10/10 - just an info if you go during the summer - the restaurant is closed during the summer, but the main square is 2 min by foot and there are a lot of good restaurant and bar options over there.

Everything! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, the room and the entire place was spotless clean (even the curtains smelled nice and completely clean), the view was simply amazing and we really liked the calm overall atmosphere. We loved our entire summer experience at Eptalofos and Mavrodimos place surely was a part of that. Breakfast at Mavrodimos was as well amazing, we had the chance to try home made products, cheese, jams and fruit.

Amazing breakfast and the room was very hot and cozy. Really enjoyed our stay there. The place is small and cute with wooden decorations and a great view of the neighbor mountains. Also the sunrise was amazing.

The restaurant on-site was closed at the time, not an issue as there were plenty of options in town but was one of the reasons why we had booked this hotel. We would have also ideally liked more plugs in the room, and a table/dresser (although appreciate space was limited). No other complaints - we were very happy with our stay and would have liked to stay longer!

Fabulous location and place, a little off the beaten track. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, including serving our breakfast an hour earlier than advertised one morning, and surprising us with a beer each during dinner. Breakfast was excellent and included a home made pie on the second day. We found it excellent value for money compared to where we had stayed elsewhere in Greece.

everything was just so lovely. the room was warm but we could control the radiator, the staff are just lovely and breakfast was especially great. the location is great for skiing and the village is really nice - quiet but a typical Greek mountain village with restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk from the hotel on the plateia.

Perfect location. Great view to the mount Parnassos. The welcome was more than warm. The staff as a whole was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and cooked at that time and included fresh and local products. Our room was just what we needed and the bed was comfortable as well.
