Just wrote everything above about the hotel. Because of my operation, l needed extra pillows to elevate my legs, nothing was too much trouble for them, it help me alot.

Because of Covit, then broke my leg, have not been able to return to KEFALONIA for 7 years, but as soon as l walked in, the 2 beautiful ladies at Reception remembered me, very happy to see me, the restaurant, the fabulous gentleman who greets you to be seated, still there remembered me, there were a couple of servers who are still there also remembered me, it's like one big family coming home, just love it there, & for me the beach, is so clean and not many waves at all, until after about 4pm, you get a few waves, for it's perfect, even if l get a room facing towards the hills, still beautiful, can't wait to go back next year, maybe you can build a gym on the roof of the beach cafe, so you can exercise and face the beach, that would be better than White Rocks Hotel and Thalassa's gym as they don't face the, beach, that would be a great feature to add the hotel that is just missing the gym, see you next year Mediterranean, thank you very much, Mrs. Angelike Fourniotis

First rate hotel. All the staff were friendly, the Receptionist, bar staff and cleaners. The room had a lovely sea view and was clean and comfortable. The location was good, within a stones throw of the beautiful sandy bay and within walking distance of many Tavernas.

Too many unattended sunbeds reserved from very early in the morning. More sunbeds by the pool and garden area could be provided. The sheets on the double beds were too small to be fitted properly.

A spacious hotel with numerous facilities. Rooms were clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of storage in the bedrooms.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet village with a beautiful beach near by. Hotel facilities are good and breakfast was ok.

The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport and is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The view from the bedroom is spectacular, a seaview of the coast line and pool area. There is a huge selection of food in the dining area, and staff are so friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants only a short walk away and Argostoli the Capital is only a short bus or taxi ride.

It is a large, popular hotel for packages so if you are looking for something more intimate then this isn't for you. The pool is good size but it can get busy. And they won't let you play any ball games - fortunately the beach is close by. the hotel bathroom is a little tired but everything works. The shower head doesn't move ( I flooded the bathroom a few times).

Great hotel that is close to a lovely beach which is good for adults and kids. The staff are amazing . I want to give them a big shout out because I've travelled a lot and stayed in lots of hotels (5 star included), and they really go above and beyond to help and make the stay special. They always had a smile and chatted freely. We had breakfast and dinner package - great food choices. dinner selection varied each night over the week ( thank goodness) It's 3 minute walk to great selection of restaurants and cafes. Great size balcony.

The access to the beach is direct by the hotel and the beach especially the fishes in shallow water is breathtaking! The Personal was very friendly and helpful:) The hotel is kept very clean. Good restaurant/bar by the beach!

The manager (?) at breakfast is very, very rude and snapped at some of our group for not waiting at the door to be seated even though the dining area was half empty and there was no sign at the door telling us to do so.

beautiful spot, right on the beach in an even more beautiful part of Kefalonia. From the sea view room you are directly looking at the sunset. Very nice breakfast buffet too. Very close (7 euro taxi) to Argostoli for more lively nights out and a short 10 min taxi ride from the airport.

Taxis are a ripoff i was charged 25 euro for a 5 km -5 minutes ride to the airport; they do not use the meter, won’t tell you how much they charge - while the Ktel Bus is just 2 euro

Location is perfect close to Argostoli and on the beach. However the hotel does not own the beach you pay 6euro for a chaise and umbrella. The breakfast is variate covers all needs but there is no variation whatsoever from a day to another. Careful with the excursion company next door i didn’t eel well the day of the trip and they refused to give me a refund. The restaurants around are so-so staff is great but food not so good: fries from frozen, octopus from frozen, meat tasteless…But all can be slept under the carpet because Kefalonia is the greatest of islands.
