The cleanliness was definitely not enough. There is no soap, The towels and the sheets were also unclean. Overall, the apartment is not well-maintained. The "sea view" is a terrace mutual for all the apartments.

The host Philip is nice and responsive. The location is also good - just a few meters from the sea.

We were prepared from other comments and had our own towels and bedding, you need to bring soap as well. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink and also the drain was clogged. Not very easy to use the kitchen due the lots of ants. We were traveling with child but were offered two single beds room. Had to rearrange the room and sleep all together. Playground, barbecue area and parking is actually the same place.

Great location and plenty of hot water. The air condition was working good and the place was very quiet.

I paid for a room for three people with a double bed and a single bed, but the hotel owner changed my room and put me in a room with two separate beds for the same price. The air conditioning didn't work. I wouldn't recommend a place with this service.

Very nice and comfortable. Close to the Main Street (2min walk), all residents and bars are around. Parking in the back very nice and sunshade is all day long so your car is safe!

broken fridge, dirty premises, hot water didnt always work, poorly equipped, bad pillows, kitchenette is old. no bin in house. The place needs renovation and an equipment update plus proper cleaning. had to go to a different accommodation to pay by card which was a short drive away from the place.

The only downside was the bathroom – it’s a bit narrow, and since the shower doesn’t have a proper cabin or curtain, water tends to splash everywhere, which makes it uncomfortable after showering. Still, apart from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the price was great for what was offered. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The view is so beautiful!

Phillip, the owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home straight away. The accommodation itself is very well positioned in Vasilliki, literally a 1 min walk from anything you might need. There is also an exceptional view from the properly, probably one of the best in town.

The room was small (for 2 adults nad 2 kids), everything is very old, matress was hard as the stones on the beach, half of the lights were broken, very poor facilities, there was even no soap. We met cockroaches like 6 cm long in the bathroom.

Well, if there is one thing that could have been better, thats the kitchen utensils probably. There are only two pots, one very big one and a very small one, a few knifes, 1 spoon, 3 plates, 2 mugs and 2 glasses. I would have been happy about a (good) pan, forks and spoons, a cutting board, a few herbs and spices (salt and pepper) and things for dishwashing like a sponge and soap. So its really just the little things missing, we got along like this too.

It is basic, but we needed nothing more. 2 Beds, room with a table and a wardrobe, minimal kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. The location is incredible, a few steps away from the sweet seaside promenade, with restaurants and small shops. Very nice beaches are also just around the corner. So you won't be in the apartment a lot anyways. And the hosts are very kind and understanding. We could adapt the dates of our stay twice very spontaneously. Thanks a lot :) The whole host family, as far as we met them, speaks perfect english.

it was dirty. Our room was supposed to have a sea view, but there were trees blocking the view.

terribly dirty. the bathrooms are in terrible condition. our sink leaked. the cables above the shower. the new bedding had a stain in the middle, I don't know how someone couldn't see it. the room with a sea view didn't have a sea view because there are big trees in front of the entrance. terrible scam. nice terrace with a nice view. that's the only thing that's nice about this hotel. I'll emphasize it again... very very dirty hotel...

Maybe some curtain for the shower

The location is excellent, you walk a little and you find yourself at the port with all the restaurants and the stores. Its a lovely place to take a wake in the night. The common terrace has a spectacular view, ideal for resting for a while at sunset.

- the room should have had a sea view balcony. There was not balcony. Tree before the room. Common terrace and bot individual. - the bathroom had no standing shower and you have to hold the shower to bath. - old and lumpy mattress and pillows - mould in the bathroom - no lights on the common terrace - no shower gel, shampoo - the air condition worked only on 26 degree - you can’t lower or increase the temperature
