Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was amazing and it looks just exactly in the photos.

The suites have great location. Our room was clean. The staff was helpful. First night we didn’t have hot water but they managed to fix the problem.

RussiaThe biggest disappointment was the black mold in the bathroom, and there’s a lot of it. It’s not just unpleasant, it’s a health risk. There’s also a bar downstairs, that plays loud music until 3 AM, making it really hard to sleep. Proper soundproof entrance doors might fix the issue, and would also help with the loud slamming of neighboring doors in the middle of the night, but there are just thin plywood doors. The safe doesn’t work. It’s not a big deal since the place feels safe and friendly, but if it’s listed as an amenity, it should at least be functional. The Wi-Fi often didn’t work, especially in the evenings. But from what I understand, it’s a common issue in the whole town, so you really have to rely on your own mobile data. And small detail - it’s missing a basic thing you’d expect in a beach hotel - a clothes rack for drying! So we ended up drying our swimsuits and towels on chairs on the balcony.
Great location, top-notch air conditioning (really appreciate it!), good water pressure, lighting, TV, fridge. Unique interior design, big bed, large balcony. Tasty pancakes and coffee at the cafe downstairs. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi worked sometimes.

Italy1. Shower has no door, toilet has no door, so mind yourself when staying there with family or close relatives. You will be showering on the open with everyone seeing you. 2. Aircon will take hours to cool off the place since it is a centralized one and cool air is very feint and it just takes too long before you can sleep properly without sweating your sheets up. 3. There is a big EXIT sign inside the room on the door which illuminates the whole room and you cannot turn it off and it won't let you sleep if you don't cover your eyes or sneak your head under the pillow. There is also lights everywhere and the light saitches are a maze to figure out which turns off what. 4. NOISE. There is a lot of noise. The bar downstairs blasts loud music until 3 AM. People are slamming doors until that hour. Make sure you bring your ear covers too. 5. They offer a small fridge(which is obviously a cheap chinese one) which you can only fit like 3 bottles of water and will take two days before the fridge actually starts to cool off things. 6. Price. 180 euros a night for 3 people is a waste of money.
