Excellent location in the town centre, with a lovely bakery right next door and the beach just a short walk away. The flat was convenient and made our stay very enjoyable.

Perhaps a washing machine is a good idea, if staying longer then 5 days. Extra rails for towels as the one provided wasn’t enough for all of us.

We had an amazing time in Zante and in this apartment. Near the city beach, near the city center and also a good start to discover the island. The apartment had anything you need for the stay and nearby there is also a very good bakery

The bathroom - lack of maintenance No beach towels

Excellent living experience, the host is very nice and dependable. The room was clean and located near the center of the town. If you intend to have a drink in the evening, you can have a choice in 5-min walk distance. As tourists from the other country, we felt very comfortable.All the equipment were set up well, including medical emergency, kitchen utensils and shower gels.

NA. By the way, the first day we arrived found that the curtains in the living room was broken, but there was a shutter outside. We solved the problem in the end.

Perfect location - bakery, grocery shop, fresh fish shop just across the street. In a quiet street close to the main square and all restaurants. Fully furnished to the smallest detail. Great terrace. Very comfortable beds.

All was amazing. Be mindful that the one bedroom apartment is great for couple plus small child on the couch but can’t fit 4. We have booked two apartments for two families and it was perfect to fit us all. The only recommendation is to have more space/rope to hang all wet towels after a day on the beach.

There was no shampoo or shower gel but otherwise was ok

We loved this apartment. It was clean and comfortable. Near we had everything. Beach, supermarket, a really really good bakery on the other side of the road, a really really good restaurant on the square called senso. If you need more towels, or you want to change them you just ask for the host. He is availible most of the times, and he is very flexible, and we had the responds in seconds on whatsapp.

The apartment was located in center, perfect location.

There was no hot water in the shower.

Nothing really lovely place

Nice spacious bedroom, nice location for Zakynthos town, the best bakery across the road (recommended!). Do mind for the location there’s no sand beaches close/ night life, that’s Laganas. Shower was nice and very clean. Owner is willing to help with everything, nice welcome.

The doublebed was awesome, there was three of us so one slept on the couch/sofa bed wasn’t the best to sleep on, but it was made up for us, which was great.

Property looks exactly like the photos, super spacious & clean. Nice spacious bedrooms & a lovely front room. The balcony was accessible from all rooms which made it feel so homely! Our host was super attentive & responded to any queries, questions or advice within minutes of us messaging him. He gave us recommendations of beaches & local restaurants, and overall was just amazing! The apartment is located in the centre of town and there is loads of shops close by. The bakery downstairs has the most amazing baked goods & the staff were lovely too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

In the photos we saw prior to our arrival, the bathroom was a bit dated and to our surprise when we arrived we saw they had recently renovated it which looks lovely & chic. Only downside was the water which didn’t work at first. Despite this, our host got a plumber out within 15 mins to sort the issue.

Great location, property was spacious and had all the amenities you needed. The balcony was a definite highlight! The bakery across the road is fantastic and all of the people who work there are absolutely lovely.

Couldn’t find any way to raise the awnings on the balcony, so a good chunk of the wonderful view was restricted. Other than that, nothing else I can nitpick. It was great!

Slow and small lift. Sewerage smells in the foyer. Cleanliness of the toilet and kitchen sink. More hangers, pegs and a bucket for clothes could be added.

The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms with enough storage space, it has a terrace on all 3 sides of the apartment! The view is superb, you can see the sea and the whole city. Each room has air conditioning, everything is done with style. In addition, there is Netflix. You can park on the surrounding streets without any problems. The location is excellent, 2 steps from the center, restaurants, shops. Also you must try the bakery on the other side of the intersection, Artogonia- sweets are excellent! In conclusion, for a stay in Zakynthos it is a perfect location, safe and with everything you need.

I lowered the score with one point because of the bathroom, which with a little work can become perfect again.

Evangelos is superhost! He was always putting extra effort to make sure we have great stay! Very nice, super friendly and helpful with anything you need, will answer your questions on anything you need or any help living on Island . Arrived to welcome us warmly, show appartmment and hand over the key. We received beautiful welcome gift for Easter of welcome Card, fine Greek wine, pained eggs and Greek Easter Brioche. Apartment is stunning: modern, clean, spacious, has all you need for living, cooking. Washing machine and heating is big bonus in cold April weather. Big terrace around the appartment and lovley seating area on terrace is really nice to enjoy. City views and views to hills and Zante port are amazing. Appartment is fully soundproof and has lovley shutters fully isolating sun if needed. Perfect location, right by beautiful fish shop, butcher, coffee shop, bakery with most amazing cakes and breads of any sort, fruit shop, grocery shop.... And 2 minutes away on the right is main market Square with restaurants, souvenir shops and main port. It was a great bonus to have tea, coffee, beautiful greek olive oil, vinegar, spices in the apartment for cooking. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and look forward to returning! Pity I cannot attach all photos and videos of apartment and surrounds.
