Very nice location - close to Vradeto steps. We liked the food they served in the restaurant for late dinner.

Stunning location in tiny remote village (just seven regular inhabitants in summer). Hotel owner/manager could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely evening meal on terrace, good breakfast, only a short walk to viewpoint over Vikos Gorge, very comfortable room. Excellent value.

The hotel is right in the centre of the village with a great view from the terrace where you can enjoy food and drinks from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and private. The host was really friendly, chatty and welcoming. He was very accommodating towards us and really makes his guests feel at home. You can enjoy food and drinks on the terrace with a spectacular view.

Perfect place and location to stay and enjoy the views. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean and a good size. The food was excellent. Nothing bad to say. Τέλειος

It was unforgettable 2 nights in the middle of nowhere on the very top of the hill. Only hiking routs, nature and the sky above you - nothing bothers you. Wonderful hospital family accommodated us with a wonderful breakfast. The dinner was also very nice with delicious traditional Greek food.

The location of the hotel amongst the mountains is beautiful. The hotel owner is very friendly and although the room is basic you have all the needed.

Spiros is very nice and helpful host!

Location is amazing with great view and literally at the trailhead for the Baloi lookout. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of meats, eggs, breads, cookies, pastries and fruit. Juice and coffee were very nice. Starts at 8am. Owner is very nice and helpful. They have a restaurant there and a drinks fridge if you want anything at night. Fridge with small freezer in room.

Floorboards are creaky but did keep us up at night. The shower is handheld.

We loved SIros he is the big boss . He took care of us all the time and every time asking if everything is good. Whenever we seated outside he gave us small plates with delicious treats. We really recommend!!! Sure we will be back !

Excellent stay, we wish we could spend more time here and hope to come back again. The hotel is beatiful, perfectly fitted to the environment and the old style of the village. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We couldn't ask for better hosts. We got a super warm welcome, although we arrived much later than expected. They prepare tasty, home-made meals, and a decent breakfast the next day. We got recommendations on where to go /what to do around the area. Truly, we felt like arriving home... The view is MAGNIFICENT.

If you like the freshness and calmness of the mountainous outdoors, if you enjoy majestic views combined with the quietness of remote villages, then "Balkoni Zagoriou" is the place to stay. This is a familly operated inn which offers accomodation with spectacular views of the Zagori mountain range. The food is prepared by Mrs Violetta and you really must try her homemade pies as well as their traditional pastries. Mr. Spyros is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their lovely daughter will serve your meals on the terrace, always with a smile on her face and very polite. We booked this double bed room for a weekend stay in the area due to our participation on the annual Zagori Mountain Run (happens every July). This place is about 15K from the start/finish line, or about a thirty minutes drive and is excellent if you want to participate in the event, spectate runners which pass right in front of the inn or simply do some trekking of your own (there are footpaths which begin right on the doorstep of the inn).
