Wonderful stay from start to finish. Picked up by Michalis at the port and bags also dropped back on our return. Room was perfect for us as a family of 3. Kitchenette area and fridge so fine if you wanted to make meals, although we ate out as so many nice tavernas. Figs and wine left for us during our stay which was lovely. As most have said, next to the 24 hour bakery which is brilliant not just for the usual sweet treats and coffee. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach which also has a cafe bar. Lipsi is such a nice small quiet island we can’t wait to go back!

Very good location 2, 3 minutes to the port.and to supermarket. Host was very nice to meet me at the port to help me check in. Home grown cucumber he gave me. The room was spacious enough and clean.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Perfect location on the front in Lipsi, right next door to a very popular bakery, that also served all sorts of food all day and night. Friendly host who picked us up from the port and took us back there when we left. Large apartment with good facilities, good storage, and both a private balcony at the back and a shared one at the front.

Mr Michalis was a great host! He was waiting for us at the port and drove us to the apartment while he was giving us information about the island. He was there for us to ask questions and to help us with everything we needed . He even called for a taxi for me when I needed to go to certain beach , where would be less windy ,cause I couldn't deal with waves . The apartment was cleaned every day . It was big ,with 2 balconies, a nice view, a coffee machine fridge and facilities to cook but there are many nice places to eat nearby . There was already a bottle of cold water ,juices &sweets . Location is great ,walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, bank, the port ,a couple of beaches. I would love to visit again!

No breakfast, but right next door is a popular bakery. Location is great! Host met the ferry and gave me a ride to the hotel. There is a small kitchen in the room. Even though the rooms don’t have sea views, the pasture view is nice. Afternoon sun hits the room. Host is full of information.

The kitchen area is pretty small, but that's what I'd expect. We were glad to have the apartment with sea view.

The perfect place to stay in Lipsi. Gorgeous room close to the sea front and right next door to a bakery. A couple of minutes' walk to the supermarket and tavernas. The owner was really friendly, picking us up from the ferry so that he could give a mini tour of the town and tell us about the beaches. He even brought us fresh figs from his garden.

Very central and convenient location in Lipsi. The studio was extremely clean and functional, with a nice balcony. Not particularly big, but ok for 3 people. What made the difference was Michalis, a great person that sincerely cares for his guests and does whatever he can to ensure they have a very good stay. Thank you so much Michalis, we hope to come back soon!

Great location overlooking the port. Everything is within walking distance. Our apartment was very clean with everything we needed and Michalis was a great host, very welcoming. Would definitely come back again, Lipsi is a beautiful peaceful island.

TV was very old and looked unsafe as was air con .We didn't use either and would probably have been unsure as to it's safety due to all the wires .

Convenient location near to tavernas and next door to bakery/cafe/wine bar. Exceptionally clean and well equipped.2 balconies ,1 shared and shaded .Plenty of storage and space.Wi fi is free and excellent connection . Host very welcoming .Port pick up and drop off but is also easily walkable ( 5 mins) flat route .

Very close to the port, so great location. Michalis was excellent. Transfer to and from post on arrival and departure. Studio well equipped.

the position is just over the best patisserie of the island, in front of the port, the playground and all the tavernas. michalis is a wonderful and funny host. our room (three with a 6 yrs guy) was comfy and quiet enough to choose it one more time if we'll come back to lipsi.
