If you work online make sure you have a sim card with unlimited data and at least 4G as a backup for a hotspot. You can't buy sim cards on tilos so make sure you have one before you arrive.

It was amazing! Perfect view from the balcony, south-facing so sunny most of the day, and such a friendly and helpful host!

Lovely simple apartments with terrace and sea views and very friendly and helpful host (nothing was too much trouble for Elefreida - eg collecting us from a very late night ferry, delivering eggs from her mother and being very willing for us to contact her on WhatsApp with any queries) Large room with kitchen facilities (hob, microwave and fridge) to enable self catering. Located close to port just above the town.

Great facilities, great location, and very comfortable! Elefteria was a kind and generous host, doing ferry pick up and showing me where things are in Livadia. It was a great base for exploring amazing Tilos.

Leftheria met me at the port, gave me a little tour of the village and took me up and gave me a choice of 2 rooms and also arranged to pick me up and take me back down to the port when I was leaving. Really lovely super friendly and welcoming. Well equipped. I absolutely adored my stay here. I only booked it whilst on the ferry over to Tilos. I am so glad I chose this place to stay. I adored everything about my stay at Michalis Studios on Tilos and found no problem to get up and down the 5 minute hike to the square and port, at night its well lit by automatic lighting on the way and at the property but it might be a little difficult for people with mobility issues though. I wouldn.t hesitate to stay here again.

Met at the port and taken to the studio which was greatly appreciated as the studios are located above Livadia with quite a steep climb, however, the views make it worthwhile. Eleftheria pointed out the bakery and family taverna on the way to the studio and was very helpful with any queries we had. Given a choice of room on arrival and choose one which was quite spacious with view overlooking the port. We were kindly given eggs by Eleftheria during our stay and provided with a lift to the port on departure together with a gift of a fridge magnet showing the apartments. Definitely enjoyed our stay at the studios.

We were warmly met at the port by Elefteria the owner of the studios. Once at the studios we were shown to our room which was exceptionally clean, well equipped with all you would need to make your stay very comfortable. Wi-fi was good and the flat screen TV even had Netflix installed. The balcony was large with table, chairs and an umbrella. It had amazing far reaching views to the town of Livadi on one side and the sea, mountains and port to the other. It was lovely to have breakfast here watching boats come and go, and the sunrise over the bay is not to be missed. Elefteria was a very attentive host, who takes pride in her accommodation. She was always on hand via wats app should you need her. Tilos is an island with many surprises, lots of lovely bays, abandoned villages and lots of places to walk, but the icing on the cake was the warmth Elefteria showed, making our stay as enjoyable as it was. We even extended our stay we loved it so much. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout until our ferry departed. We were given a parting gift of some wine and a fridge magnet with the studios perched high on the cliff. Thank you again Elefteria, if visiting Tilos again, it is Michalis Studios we will be coming too.

Lovely host, awesome view over Livadia, very nice room and building, well taken care of. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Eleftheria met us at the port and gave us a lift to the studios as they're up a bit of a hill. We loved the view from the balcony, Eleftheria let us use her washing machine, and the kitchen was well equipped enough to make some pasta and salad. The view comes at a cost and it's worth noting there's a little climb to get up there but it's absolutely well worth it. The beds have toppers on which makes them comfortable and Eleftheria is sweet and incredibly helpful.
