We thought it was too busy. The pool & beach loungers were quickly occupied. The kids enjoyed the pools but we did not use them once during our stay as there were too many people. We felt the pools closed too early (17:00).

Great staff. From cleaners to the animators to the waiting staff. Family of 4 including 2 boys aged 9 & 12. We enjoyed the fitness & games activities everyday. The selection of food & beverages exceeded our expectations. Children were well fed throughout the day. Definitely recommend this place.

It was too crowded but that’s everything during August we still had a great time!

First of all the location, the beach, the food, the programs, the staff’s professionalism and the whole hotel itself is amazing. There isn’t a problem the staff can’t solve and the restaurants are functioning so smoothly even if you arrive late there still will be the full variety of dishes you can choose from. Compliments to the chef! But who made our stay extra special was the exceptional animation team! We would like to thank them for everything, especially for always making us smile! We were looking forward to seeing them anywhere around the hotel doing basically anything with so much passion and excitement we couldn’t help but feel the same. The show they made was amazing, they are not just the nicest, but crazy talented as well. Thank you, it was truly a blast!

How I told: Only the kitchen lags behind and is more standard than exceptional. Regularly offering Asian freshwater pangas fish on a Greek island is like serving the worst US beer - Budweiser - at Oktoberfest. There is also a small selection of seafood, shrimps, etc. You can get exceptional quality meat...

A very beautiful resort. Maintained, clean and modernly furnished. Very nice staff and good service. Beautiful beach. Also a separate dining room for adults, as there are a lot of families with children here. Only the kitchen lags behind and is more standard than exceptional. Regularly offering Asian freshwater pangas fish on a Greek island is like serving the worst US beer - Budweiser - at Oktoberfest. There is also a small selection of seafood, shrimps, etc. You can get exceptional quality meat... Although I understand that the biggest queue of families with children was for burgers and pizza. It's a shame. Such a beautiful resort deserves better quality food. therefore "only" 9 stars. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would love to come back!!!!

* location is far from Heraklion or Sitia. * room furniture is bit outdated. * Alcohol drinks are not the best quality, but there is huge variety.

* Reception staff were above and beyond, they gave us an early check in, and free room upgrade, with amazing sea view. * food is good and tasty, variety is amazing, and there is adults only sitting area, which you can have some more quite. * the beach is beautiful! enough sunbeds for everyone. * bed is comfortable. * great customer service. we had ants in the room due to a dead butterfly, they sent the housekeeping in 5 min. and called to apologize for the inconvenient, they also gave us 2 premium drinks voucher which were great.

A very nice area especially for families with small children. Beautiful sandy beach partially hidden from the wind, very gradual entry into the sea, slides, climbing frames and a great animation team. The food was very tasty with a large selection.

The room smelled like sewage constantly, making it impossible to relax. The shower flooded the entire room, and the closet was placed so poorly it blocked the air conditioning, leaving the room hot and stuffy. The walls and headboard were dirty, but that was just the start of the problems. The facilities were overcrowded and basic. The common areas were so hot and lacking air conditioning that I nearly fainted. The buffet was terrible—most of the food looked like leftovers, served in a sweltering, uncomfortable room. The restaurant was overcrowded and filled with sweaty, miserable people struggling to find seats. Despite claiming to be "all-inclusive," they charged for everything, from sunbeds at the beach to a late checkout. Service was nonexistent; only one person was helping with luggage, while the rest of us had to struggle with our own bags up and down hills. Absolutely not worth staying in this sewage-filled place.
