Wifi and mobile signal really bad. Wifi in rooms basically unusable. Slightly better situation on the terrace, but also here basically unusable. We counted on it. The driveway - is really steep and rocky.

The location and accommodation exceeded our expectations. The beach (Agriosikia beach) is really just a few meters away. It is rocky and with few visitors. The water here is cooler than other beaches. The accommodation facilities are modern, air conditioning in all rooms and a large bathroom. Cleaning was regular and frequent (about every two days). From the terrace a beautiful view of the bay and the sea. Parking at the accommodation. By far the best accommodation on Zakynthos in a quiet part of the island. Necessity of a car. Within driving distance of very nice restaurants and the port of Nikolas or Alykes. Many thanks for the support and sorting out with the flat tire and the very pleasant attitude of the host!

The place is fantastic. It is right above a beautiful beach, which is known only by the people who stay in these apartments. The owner, Nikos, and the two ladies who clean the apartments have been so kind and generous with us. The apartment is very clean and handy, with beautiful views on the sea in front. The location is spectacular! It is just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It is also a strategic place to visit other parts of the island. Nikos and Annamaria are lovely and helped us with everything we needed. I hope to stay there on another trip to Zakynthos.

The location is amazing, we've been in the entire island and Mikro Nisi may be one of the best places to stay. Best combination of quiet and great spots/beaches. We rented a scooter and managed to see everything in the island. The host was super nice, one of the best I ever got, helpful in everything. I worked remotely from some days and had no problems with the wi-fi, but make sure to ask AnnaMaria for all the networks, because there are more than 1 and some work better in the different sides of the flat. In general, I really recommend this spot and this accommodation, after seeing the entire island I'm convinced that this is one of the best locations ( assuming you have a scooter or a car ).

There were not much things we did not like honestly. All what i can mention are minor issues not bothering our stay. The kitchen is missing some general equipment, but you will figure out anyway. On the beach were no shades, or umbrellas, so better to bring your own. The wifi did not work at all, and also very weak mobile signal.

We enjoyed the apartment - usefully equipped with AC, cleaned regularly, all clean. It has all you need for quiet vacation. The small beach is 2mins by walk from the apartment and its wonderful.

Mikro Nisi Studios is a beautiful place to spend your vacation if you visit Zakynthos. The view on the sea is amazing, and there is a small beach very close to the apartments. The water is crystal clear, and it is not crowded. Our host, Annamaria and his husband were very kind and helpful. If we visit Zakynthos again, we will surely return to this place.

The kitchen could have been bigger and a bit newer, and also there weren't enough sockets, and the ones that were there were in terrible places.

The balcony was amazing, and the view is incredible. The owner was super friendly and helpful. They even clean the place every second day. They even did our dishes.

If I need to mention one negative thing that was the mattresses, but maybe it is just preferency. So if you like hard mattresses, you will have sweet dreams on them

This place locates in a peaceful area. We loved the private bay far away from crowds and tourists. It is really a hidden gem, but with car everything is reachable easily. The owners are super nice :) And they always kept the room super clean and neat. I mean not just clean but Monica Geller’s clean (Thats what my girlfriend told me to write :D) The view was exactly like on the pictures! Amazing! You can enjoy your meals with this view, which is a big plus! We also got tips where to rent a car( and I recommend to ask them because there can be tricky car rental places) All in all, this is a great place for your money! You’ll love your stay here!

The location is very comfortable, right next to a small secluded beach. The house was clean, we had all the necessities and in addition - an amazing terrace with sea view, just perfect for evening conversations. The hostess Annamaria was kind hearted, forgiving and respectful. The little bonus- if you stay here you may get frequent visits from the a little pregnant black cat, she is a bit shy, but still talkative.

The location is the highlight of this property, right above a wonderful secluded cover with crystal-clear water and amazing swimming. The room was spacious, very clean and furnished in a practical and careful way. A lovely terrace facing the hills and with side views of the sea, with good privacy, ideal for having breakfast outside. The owner and manager, Annamaria, is extremely helpful, speaks very good English and it was very easy to communicate with her also before our arrival. The property is on one of the most beautiful coastlines of Zakynthos, and conveniently very close to the small port of Agios Nikolaos, great restaurants, and various attractions e.g. the beaches of Makris Gialos and Xigia, as well as easy access to a great choice of boat tours to Blue Caves, Navagio, etc. Overall a wonderful, relaxing holiday. We hope to be back soon!
