Great value for money! Highly recommended. The Mimoza family was so helpful and kind. Always ready to help and give good advice about the island. Breakfast was beyond expectation. Lot of choices and homemade cakes and jams! Thanks for everything.

Tina and her family have been so nice and helpful! They made our holiday great! The breakfast was incredible (all made with homemade dishes) and the room was very clean and comfortable! Thanks to all the staff (also the waiter and the clean room lady that have been so nice!)

This is not the problem of the hotel but of the island in general, too many noisy motorbikes that pass anytime of the day and until late in the evening ruining the wonderful atmosphere. Difficult to avoid.

A large room with two terraces and excellent service by Dina and Maria, we felt like home, the breakfast was hearty and delicious! Location was great close to the beach and the main town and at the same time away form the noise.

Tina is adorable and was super helpful during our stay when I needed to print a document and iron clothes. The hotel is lovely.

Tina was welcoming, friendly & very helpful. She offered to drop our heavy sacks at the square whilst we enjoyed our walk from the hotel to the port sack free. She delivered them on time to catch our boat to our next destination.

Maria and Tina went above and beyond our usual expectations of hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble, with Maria even baking special gluten-free cakes and other treats for one member of our party. Tina answered all our questions patiently, offered suggestions, made telephone enquiries and all manner of other things to ensure everything was perfect.

The personal was very nice and helpful. We had a short stay of 1 night though we liked absolutely everything. Nice small terrace which is very helpful on late evenings, close to the port just 5/6 minutes walk, next to bike rentals

Owned and run by a family, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Tina and her family are very friendly and welcoming, they make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Homemade breakfast is very tasty with lots of pastry and desert options as well. The room and other areas are spotless clean. Tina also helped us about places to go not only in Spetses but other islands as well. Great sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.

That was a family run 3 star hotel in Spetses. The kindness and sincerity of these people did not leave anything to complain about.

Family run business. Everybody was making his best to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. Every morning we had a GREAT breakfast prepared in house by Mrs Maria. An excellent cook ! Home made pies, bread, chocolate and orange cakes and the best orange marmalade I ever tasted! She even prepared her own pizza with her own pastry recipe. All these, on top of the traditional English breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants etc etc. The hotel is fairly priced and good value for money accommodation near the vibrant old port area of Spetses.

We love staying at Mimoza, our go-to place when in Spetses. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and well located. Breakfast is excellent quality and variety. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Fantastic value for money. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful villa in an excellent location near the Old Port. Garifalos beach was lush too! Staff were so incredibly welcoming and accommodating and the home made breakfast was delicious! I feel so lucky to have stayed here and would definitely come back!

Amazing room, chic and up to date, like the whole building and area. Breakfast was a huge hot and cold buffet, great coffee and fresh juice - could easily pay €20 for that elsewhere nearby so makes it amazing value.
