Had to pay for pool side towels. Would have been better if it was a deposit system instead of having to pay for them.

Good comfortable property next to a beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff at reception were extremely helpful. Decent breakfast. Car rentals also available right next to the property in case you wanted to rent for a day or two. Very close to the airport

Having to put your used toiletpaper is a bin, otherwise it will block the system - not only in this hotel but EVERYWHERE in Greece.

We had a lovely, big room. Beds were comfortable.. shower takes a while to get warm but wow, then you'll have a nice hot shower. Everyday the beds were made, clean towels and toilet bin emptied. The daily breakfast was fantastic. Overall, a clean hotel which I highly recommend.

Small improvement can be made in the below: 1. The cups provided in the room to be clean, or maybe provide us with dish soap that we can clean ourselves. 2. Better coffee.

Sea front view, you can wake up and watch the ocean from the front Bungalows. Good location in the main street of Agrassi with walking distance to many great restaurants and a small supermarket. Clean and modern Bathroom.

The bar has potential but not managed adequately. Too many stairs, we had a stroller and maybe the receptionist could proactively suggest a different room since we asked for a crib. The dining hall is very huge for the number of people hosted. The shower was so small and the curtain position was strange.

The pool and the private beach are amazing. The sea view from the room terrace was nice. Breakfast was good. The reception attendance was professional. The price is aligned with the other structures in the area. The hotel is old but well maintained.

The breakfast is a bit of lower quality than what I expected and the shower is too small and water gets out.

The view of the room was marvelous and the cleanliness impeccable. We had clean towels every day and the room tidy daily too. The location is marvellous, could not be better!

Location is perfect, it is just by the sea, and there are restaurants everywhere for dinner on the main street. Pool is great! The rooms are a bit retro but it was great value for money, they were clean and big. Breakfast is superb! Staff is really nice, they helped with everything.

The location was brilliant, great access for sea, restaurants and shops. Apartment was basic but had everything we needed, breakfast was good and we had a good variety throughout the week. Apartment was very clean and new towels and bedding every 2 days .

Beds were very uncomfortable. Aircon was a nightmare to set and keep on. No kettle, but hairdryer, and iron. I towels were a small bath towel, no bath sheets and only changed once during our stay.

The location was perfect, staff were brilliant, happy, friendly, friendly and helpful and gave excellent service. Rooms were basic, but very clean.

While breakfast is included with the stay, I found the quality of the products to be lacking. The selection did not meet my expectations, and the overall experience could be improved with fresher and more diverse offerings. Additionally, the snack bar had limited options, which was disappointing when looking for a quick bite during the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mimoza Hotel in Zakynthos and it was a truly delightful experience. Would be nice if the bar in reception was open in the evening perhaps with little music. Really cannot fault it. Hope to be back next year but in September ....July for us older ones is a titch too hot 🔥 🥵
