How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Even though the area looks sketchy it is not. Only the buildings and streets need TLC but the people are safe.
Great Location for the night before a flight. They were very professional and made promise on shuttle to airport. Manager is located across the street in the first floor of Stone Palace Hotel. There are some nice restaurants within 20 minute walk like Sofianos. Uber works here.

No privacy blinds on window in bathroom. No screen in bathroom. No microwave. No elevator. More seating needed. TV not easy to use and lack of English channels.
Free shuttle to and from the airport only. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and new. Comfortable.

The workers were very helpful specially BABIS the hotel is located 5 mints away from Athens outlet , the driver of the hotel took me there only for 5 euros and they pick me up after i finished. Great hotel for long layover flights, they just renewed and it was very clean & comfortable. Highly recommend for long layover flights.

Thank you sooo much to Aphrodite for picking us up on such short notice from the airport when our flight was cancelled! Even though it was late and last minute she was very cheerful and helpful. She even upgraded my room for the night which was very sweet :) the room itself was super clean and modern, I loved my night here! And thanks to the lovely guy in the morning for making sure I got to the airport on time again!

The room was a bit empty. But maybe the plan is to put a sofa and other amenities.

Super easy to access. Staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. The airport shuttle is handled with the utmost professionalism and hospitality. I was actually surprised given the amazing price value of the booking.

There was no elevator, the staff helped carrying the luggage but still may be difficult for some people. There was no a mirror that long enough to see the whole body.
New, modern , clean and , big and spacious rooms. The staff helped to carry the luggage and was very kind. Super close to the airport , have free shuttles 24 hours from and to the airport. 24 hours reception. Were available immediately. There is coffee in the morning (besides the coffee and tea in the room). Free parking.

I appreciated the free airport shuttle. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with a desire to serve their customers. Room had everything I needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how big the room was which made it comfortable to not feel squeezed in.

Don't expect much personal service. The reception desk doesn't always seem to be staffed.
Perfect for a short stay if you arrive very late at the airport and have to catch a very early flight the next day
