Mattress was uncomfortable, and staff start cleaning and moving furniture at 7:30 am! So hard to get a lie in on one’s holidays!

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations

Everything was absolutely amazing! Exceptional location! In the very heart of everything! It is literally on the main town square yet you get the peace and quiet you need for a good night sleep! The rooms are well equipped! Our room was on the last floor and it had beautiful views of Argostolion! Also, the breakfast was fantastic! Everything was very fresh, tasty and of an exceptional quality! I am sure everyone will love the hotel's breakfast! In addition, the property is spotless clean and the common areas are beautifully decorated. Lastly, the management managed to assemble an outstanding team of staff! The people could not do enough to make us feel welcome and at home! I highly recommend the Mirabel City Center hotel and we will definitely be back! Thank you Mirabel!

Room was quite small. Was noisy when guests were shutting room doors as the sound went all around the building.

The location is amazing and the breakfast fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Parking is misleading. I filtered to locations that have parking. There is a public lot 200 meters away, but at night it is very crowded and we couldn’t find parking and had to walk pretty far with luggage. Also the bathroom is terrible, water splashes everywhere out of the shower.

Tiny old rooms, incredibly small bathroom with nowhere to even place my toothbrush, no complimentary water, no coffee machine other than a kettle, uncomfortable beds and quilts, ripped and torn robes and a sink that had tremendously bad drainage problems. No safety deposit box

Breakfast was not amazing slightly underwhelming. Limited variety and limited in space too. Pull cord in shower cubicle acts as emergency pull cord which activates an alarm at reception, was a white cord not red, attached to a fuse switch which one assumes is the extractor fan. Shower cubicle very small but usable for normal size person but open at front so water soaks whole bathroom.

Location fantastic staff very friendly and welcoming and lovely big terrace. Tea and coffee facilities good. Comfortable firm pillows, bed comfortable and supplied dressing gown and slippers. Lots of extras such as quality shampoos and toiletries. Appreciated the upgrade to a superior room on arrival, thank you.

The shower was very small. Breakfast room became congested at times.

It was in a great location with easy access to the main town area. Staff were very friendly and keen to help. Breakfast was included in our tariff. Our room, although small, was comfortable and had everything we needed. It had a lift, so we didn't have to cart our heavy luggage up steps.
