Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe pictures over sold the hotel. It is much smaller and doesn't feel like a 5 star. Some unfinished structure feels like the hotel is still working in progress. The restaurant is tiny and has fewer selection of food. A bit overpriced for what it offers.
The room is good, modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, good location, you can drive all kver the island, and despite of the small selection off food it was tasty. Overall, I have enjoyed the stay.

BelgiumIt was a big hotel, with logically limited privacy; food and drinks (free of extra charge) were good but not top quality. At least the food was healthy. The dining locations were too exposed to the sun, and loud music for the canteen dinner by a band was not what we liked most. The hotel was surprisingly calm at a whole, despite being located nearby a very popular tourist hotspot resembling the worst parts of Mallorca, but luckily that had no big impact on the hotel itself. The good side of the location: it was not too far from the main town and departure/arrival facilities as port and airport, and it was easy to start excursions from that hotel. Suggestions for improvements: better protect lunch/dining area from the sun, and develop the hotel parking by flattening it out and providing a sun protection for the guests' cars.
The booking turned out to be an all inclusive, what we had not looked for (we wanted breakfast only) - the food was ok, lots of varieties, but nothing special or spectacular. The hotel correspondet to the description, it was very clean, staff very nice, service really good, excellent advice on trips and helpful with planning and booking local events. The room was nice and of a decent size.

BelgiumOne significant shortcoming was the lack of dedicated facilities and entertainment programs for children. There were no child-friendly pools or activities available, which made it less suitable for families traveling with young children.
The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The pool, conveniently located in front of the rooms, was a particularly enjoyable feature. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were commendable.

GermanyAs a teacher on a much-needed short break, my stay at Mirage Bleu Hotel was everything I was hoping for — calm, restorative, and quietly beautiful. Traveling alone, I was looking for a place where I could truly unwind, and Mirage Bleu delivered in every way. The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always around with a friendly word or a helpful suggestion, which made me feel immediately at home. My room was bright, peaceful, and open— I spent hours just reading, reflecting, and soaking in the quiet beauty of the coast. It was the perfect escape from the busyness of daily life. The food was fresh and flavorful, with simple elegance that matched the atmosphere of the hotel. Every detail felt intentional and warm.

SwedenWe pre booked an airport taxi trough the hotel l which did not show up. (Could be the taxi companies fault). Upon arrival to the hotel the air conditioner did not work due to a prop failing, and the shower did not drain. We called the reception but they did not answer the phone. We filed our complaints to the staff who upgraded us to a nicer room without hesitation. Which we very much appreciated. The facilities were okay but it does not feel luxurious at all. Although our general experience at the hotel was okay there is a few things they could improve to make this hotel live up to the five star rating. Today the hotel does not really feel like a five star hotel. Our feedback: Clean the green algae at the pool. General staff training (all staff was nice to us but the service needs some improvements). Better options for snacks in between meals. Drinks were not the best. Need some improvement.
The food was good, there was something for everyone. The themed nights was also a nice touch as well as the cleanliness of the rooms.

AustriaWe spent a lovely few days at Mirage Bleu Hotel , and it was a truly relaxing and heartwarming experience. As an older couple, we appreciate places with charm, comfort, and personal care — and Mirage Bleu offered all of that and more. From the beginning, the german speaking owners daughter -Maria-welcomed us with such warmth and helpfulness that we felt right at home. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with a magnificent sea view that we enjoyed every morning and evening. It was a joy to sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and simply slow down. The food was excellent — fresh, tasty, and beautifully served in a relaxed setting. We looked forward to every meal. We left feeling rested, well taken care of, and grateful for such a lovely stay. Mirage Bleu is a real gem — we would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, quality escape

GermanyAs an Italian living in Germany for many years, I’m always looking for a place that combines warm hospitality, excellent quality, and a touch of home — and Mirage Bleu Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a genuine smile and a level of attentiveness that’s hard to find. The staff speaks several languages, including English, German, and even a bit of Italian, which made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, modern, and well equipped. And the food? An absolute delight for someone like me who enjoys great food. A generous selection of fresh products, both sweet and savory, with options even for those with dietary restrictions. I also loved the pools: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after months of work in Germany. In short, Mirage Bleu is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, high-quality service, and an authentic atmosphere, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back — and next time, I’ll bring friends!

GreeceWe had a fantastic stay at Mirage Bleu Hotel . One of the absolute highlights was the excellent sea view from our room – it was truly breathtaking and made every moment feel like a dream. Watching the sunrise over the water each morning was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The peaceful setting, combined with the beautiful views and top-notch service, made this one of our favorite getaways. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the sea in total comfort. We definitely be returning!

United StatesIt was our honeymoon so our expectations were high. We had a private pool which was nice but never was able to get in due to how cold it was, it was more of a cold plunge pool. Even during the day the sun never hit on that side so we could never get in comfortably. They are doing construction so around the property is a construction site not very appealing. The tv never worked our entire stay. Nor the hair bow dryer even though we asked multiple times. The showers don't have doors so water gets everywhere in the bathroom no good slanted area for proper drainage. They charge you a deposit for pool towels you can't add to your room you have to pay cash in order tog et a towel which is silly at an all inclusive and inconvenient. Every pool was ice cold I would advise to have heating option or make 1 heated pool for guests to enjoy. The food was okay, the drinks were awful the only thing made correctly was beer and wine. The properly appearance is appealing yet at a closer glance everything is made very cheaply, the rooms have ikea furniture outside things are starting to mold or rust all the poo cushion are ragged and discolored. They have no round pins built in speakers for music outside by the bar only a little speaker. My suggestion is spend more time and money into a few things and teach your staff to make proper drinks, you offer aperol spritz..using aperol, white wine and soda water...that's not an aperol spritz. Set customer expectations. I'm very sad this was our honeymoon and this is where we chose overall most do the time we are out due to the above issues. It would have been nice to enjoy the property more. Also most all inclusive have spas on site or activities for people to enjoy throughout their stay. I would also advice into looking into those things to help build more attraction and help make this mediocre hotel into a real experience.
I liked that it was new and had multiple pools and I like the idea of an all inclusive and we were celebrating our honeymoon and I let the staff know and they did do a little heart shape in petals on the bed and champagne and fruit which was a nice touch and we appreciated. The WiFi speed was very fast.

United KingdomEverything else was average at best. Basic food, not thought through layout. Rude staff especially towards the dog. The staff would express their opinions about us having the dog with us very brazenly, in greek thinking we wouldnt understand but we did. Very bad attitudes, not fitting of a hotel claiming to be 5stars. It is not 5 stars. 4 stars maybe at best if it irons out some kinks
