The nearby beach is very wild and not suitable for families with small children due to the lack of a beach bar.

The spacious living room and veranda, and the fact that the whole house consisted of two large mirror-image apartments with three bedrooms each, meant that there weren't many other neighbors. There was also always plenty of parking space outside.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation looked exactly like in the photos – spacious, clean, and with a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing. It is an ideal place for a larger group of friends or a family, offering both comfort and plenty of space. The host was truly amazing – very welcoming and always available over the phone whenever we had a question or needed any information. We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival, and at the end of our stay, we received a sweet farewell souvenir, which made the experience even more special. Although we can’t say much about the nearby beach since we explored different beaches every day by car, the location was perfect for discovering the area. Overall, our experience at this accommodation was simply perfect – peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We left with beautiful memories and would be more than happy to return! 😃

We had a great stay at Memes Residence, Sozopoli! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, the location peaceful and close to the beach. The balcony is shared with another villa, same property. You look directly in your neighbors. Noise from the street. Wi-fi is very slow and doesn't cover the full house. Sometimes it didn’t work at all.

The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the furniture brand new and tastefully selected. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, and a modern cooker with oven – perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Both bathrooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, stocked with essentials such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel. You'll also find an abundance of fresh towels and clean spare bed linens for added comfort. Each room is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable atmosphere throughout the villa. With two separate bathrooms, the property is ideal for large families or groups of friends. There is convenient private parking right in front of the villa, and guests can enjoy a lovely balcony featuring a small gas barbecue – perfect for relaxed outdoor dining. The owner is amazing guy, extremely polite, one of the best hosts I had.

Mnemes is a lovley place for a family stay or even holiday with friens. It is very spacious and has everything you need. The host was very friendly and willing to help! He provided baby cots and high chairs for the 2 toddlers we were travelling with and he was very responsive regarding all of our requests and questions. He gave us good suggestions about local cafes and restaurants to visit.

Everything was perfect. Our host welcomed us with welcome gifts and also on departure. He gave us detailed information about the house and the area. He was kind and available. The house is nicer than you expect, has everything you need for a long stay. The veranda is magnificent. The sea is clean and shallow, there is a supermarket and taverns around. The stay exceeded our expectations.

The property is perfectly located 200 meters from the beach of Sozopoli and very close to the beach with full amenities (sun beds, umbrellas, restaurant, shop). It’s free to use if you buy anything there. The house is very spacious, living room maybe 80 square meters, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful terrace, around 60 square meters, fully shaded. Very nice and cozy design, mosquito nets, air conditioning in every room. There are 4 restaurants around and a small shop, basically no need to go for daily shopping to bigger places but in case you need Nea Kalikratia is 12-15 minutes drive. The owner is very flexible, accommodating, very professional communication over booking or WhatsApp.
