Clean and the location is close to everything. They also had a great rooftop bar!

Staying at this hostel felt just like being in a hotel – everything was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, in a safe area of Athens with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly felt safe and at home here. One of my best travel experiences – I highly recommend it!

The location, internet connection, shower, kitchen, cleanliness, bed, and room were all exceptional. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Athens 🥰

Please train your reception team (esp evening shift) to maintain eye contact with guests and avoid browsing the internet while answering their questions. I also work at a hotel reception, and I know that not making eye contact or handling other tasks while a guest is at the desk is considered unprofessional in the hospitality industry.

This is hands down the best hostel ever. The best value for money, firstly. Secondly, the location is just in the heart of Athens. When you go to the bar (which is on the roof) you can see Parthenon. The staff is great just because they were so mild and invisible. There were always there, just doing their thing, helping if needed and other than that not dragging any attention. I stayed in all-girls room with eight beds and one bathroom with two showers and two toilets. There were always four and sometimes more of us and never was there a queue in the bathrooms. There were always clean both because of the customers (all of the girls were tidy) and the cleaning staff as well (nice ladies, polite, quiet, doing their job). The kitchen had all the utensils to cook, which I did to save some money. I bought groceries from nearby supermarkets and had a feast. What was surprising for me was the fact that there were a lot of free items like water bottles, soaps, conditioners, ear plugs and so on. The next 6 hostels I'd been in during my Eurotour didn't have ANYTHING free, had to pay for towels for Ch-s sake! Mosaikon has free towels, only charged with 12 euros for laundry if you wanted. I loved every day of my stay there and will DEFINATELY stay there again! Thank you

One time someone threw out my food, but it was my fault partially - I wrote my name and room, but didnt't mention the date of my departure. The staff thought I'd left the food so they threw it out. Always mark your food! And it will live in the fridge with no troubles.

The location was excellent, the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and nice.

I usually read the negative comments to decide, so here I go… stop reading and just book in Mosaikon Glostel! It is absolutely fantastic!

The hostel staff went above and beyond – they weren’t just helpful, they were overly helpful in the best way possible. From answering questions to giving tips and making sure everything was comfortable, they really made me feel welcome. Their kindness and attentiveness created a great atmosphere and made my stay much easier and more enjoyable.

I would not recommend this hostel at all. The kitchen facilities are basically useless — the stove doesn’t work, the microwave doesn’t work, and there’s no way to cook anything. On top of that, there aren’t even proper utensils; I literally had to stir my coffee with a knife. After checkout they charged me 6 euros just to leave my bag there for a few hours, which feels like a complete rip-off. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during my entire stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It’s new and modern and fresh and clean. They layout the design is really well thought out. 24 hour reception, seating area, kitchen and roof terrace. The enclosed beds with blind are very cosy.

You may not like the noise, its bang in a great area with everything on your doorstep but this means noise until late, but it didn’t bother me. Your in a big city what do you expect. Also it’s a hostel, people are free to come and go whenever they want and obviously this will create noise. Again this didn’t bother me at all. I loved it.

I like that each dorm had it's own bathrooms. Lighting was excellent, and room was well designed and modern. The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed during my stay but the view of the Acropolis was still awesome!

Everything is great!!! My 3rd time there!

Everything about this place was awesome , the atmosphere was incredible,(especially the rooftop bar at sunset),lovely staff and super clean spaces. It was my first time in an hostel and this raised the standard for me!! The position was very central too, I felt really safe even at nighy I would come back tomorrow if I could ✨
