On the downside, the apartment was quite dark inside, with very limited natural light. There was a small outdoor seating area in front of the main door, but it wasn’t really separated from the neighboring units, which affected the sense of privacy. The kitchenette was very basic – too minimal for anyone planning to prepare even simple meals. Essential items like a cutting board or a corkscrew were missing, which was inconvenient. We also had issues with ants, which were present in noticeable numbers throughout the stay.

We stayed at this apartment in Merichas for several days and found a number of things that worked well. The location is definitely one of its main advantages – just a short walk from the sea and close to a small minimarket, which made it easy to pick up daily essentials. The apartment was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided regularly, which helped keep everything tidy and hygienic. We also appreciated the good water pressure in the bathroom, something that’s not always a given in island accommodation. There were also some practical details we found useful, such as a plastic basin for rinsing swimsuits after the beach and a drying rack for clothes on the balcony. These little things made our stay a bit more convenient.

The first floor apartment was very spacious with a large balcony with a view of the harbour and the town. Although the kitchen could do with some renovation, everything worked well and the bathroom was functional too. The bed was absolutely sumptuous with lovely white bed linen, and the living spaces indoors and out were very comfortable.

It would be good to have a kettle. For future reference it would be good to be met from the ferry to save taking cases to the main hotel and then back to the apartments just above the ferry port.

The studios are very basic concerning furniture and decoration. The studio I rented was not that spacious and not having a real capacity to accommodate comfortably 3 persons in total as well as their personal stuff and luggage, as claimed and advertised. Overall, not a well-designed studio at the ground floor with only one narrow balcony door to serve for both airing and lightening the room and kitchenette, forcing the guests to use non-stop the air conditioning to have privacy while in the room in order to avoid exposure to the street passers-by or other clients of the studios.

The location is excellent as it located at the heart of the port with very easy access to the supermarket owned by the landlord, and all other shops, namely bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Very clean. The owners are very polite and responsive to all kind of requests.

Considering the time of the year price could have been a bit lower. But nothing else to add.

Location is great, close to restaurants and everything. Studio had everything needed for a few nights. Host was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was nothing like shown in the photos, it was very small, very old furnishings, with a small shower, a toilet that would not flush and a sewage smell present at all times. It was very disappointing comparing it to the renovated and modern bathrooms presented in the photos.

The location was central. The owner was very accomodating in letting us check in 2 hours early. The balcony and the room were very spacious.

Right from the start we loved this place. Our host Basili met us to give us the key. Since the room was ready, without hesitation he allowed us a much earlier check -in, which was greatly appreciated! He was wonderful. He was very welcoming. He gave us a rundown on things to do , places to go. The room itself was very charming. The bed was elevated, with 2 steps . There were plenty of outlets , storage compartments for your phones or gadgets . There was a little kitchenette and a cute bathroom with showers and shelving for your toiletries. There’s a very nice bakery around the corner where you can pick up your coffee and breakfast. Outside the suite there is a semi-private sitting area with a table chair and sofa, which you can sit and enjoy breakfast or have some downtime. My husband & I highly recommend this place. It is centrally located , a supermarket around the corner, plenty of shops and restaurants right at your feet.

Very good location near the harbour, nice and clean room. Good shower without flooding the entire bathroom (which is sometimes the case in Greek hotels). Keys from the supermarket around the corner. Entrance directly to the room on the ground floor. Parking was easy (but I was there in December and I do not know how the situation is in summer).

There was only one window in the bathroom if we don't consider the main door so it smelled a bit dampy at times because of the shower (I imagine) and there were many grout flies. I can see why some tall people may struggle with the shower and making the whole bathroom wet, but personally as a short person I managed without too much hassle

I really enjoyed my stay at the studios. For one person I think it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the wifi really good, enough plates and cutlery to keep going for a few days. Perhaps they should have just left some kitchen rags to dry stuff and a sponge, but as I only stayed 3 days I managed fine without! It was clean, no bugs or anything. Many friendly cats around

There were no blankets available, while it got very cold at night.

They were very flexible with the check-in and check-out. The interior of the room was beautiful, the hosts were pleasant and it was very easy to find.
