The staff were very friendly, very clean and comfortable. Very good bar at pool and great menu of drinks.

Staff went out of their way with their hospitality, had a swimming pool and could also use two others and their facilities at hotels across the road

Surrounded by 18-22 year olds in the resort and their type of music loudly playing , doors banging and shouting throughout the night ; the hotel is lovely but the resort not for anyone over their early 20’s

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or offer helpful local advice. They truly made me feel at home during my stay. Additionally, the hotel was spotless. The rooms were clean, and the common areas were maintained to a high standard. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and comfortable environment.

This delightful hotel is in a lively area, but the real highlight is the owners . They are incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. Their warmth and personal touch shine in every detail of the stay. The rooms are simple and comfortable . I went there with friends from work and the owners gave us rooms next to each other and we loved and appreciate that. Although the pool was closed during my visit, I can’t wait to return in the summer to relax and enjoy it. A truly wonderful experience made unforgettable by the amazing people who run it!

I had a great stay at Aura hotel ! The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful details. The location was lively and convenient, and the hotel had excellent amenities like. The owners were absolutely wonderful—kind, welcoming, and truly passionate about making every guest feel special. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

The Staff member was nice.

Had two power cuts which meant no aircon/power. Water was running hot no cold water in a hot country. Very noisy lots of drunks. Hotel cleaners didn’t clean properly and the towels they gave me were dirty. Room had ants in it. Not happy at all id like a refund or some compensation.

Location is ideal; only 10mins from the airport. Very near to the "center" of Laganas, but still far from the bars and nightsclubs (good thing). The owners are the best! They are very helpful, hospitable and kind :) Pool is nice, good sunbeds. Room was spacious, cleaning twice a week. Quiet ac and small fridge. Not much customers in the hotel, so calm stay.

Location is also downside due to the noice from the main road (take your earplugs with you if you want to sleep well). Separate breakfast across the street, not worth of money. No amenities or water in the room but markets (and lovely fruit store!) very near.

Very centered location, easy to get around, nice people polite and communicative.

No chair in the room, no place to hang a swimsuit or towel so it could dry. No curtain in the shower resulted in the place look like a swimming pool each time you showered. A lot of noise from opposite establishment and main road. Hotel had no parking (one should park on the road)
