You requested a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool, but unfortunately, due to full occupancy, we were unable to accommodate this request. Regarding the location, the distance from the town center is clearly stated on all official booking platforms. We never intend to mislead our guests. We understand your concerns about the traffic on the island; however, this is characteristic of Mykonos, especially during the peak summer season when the island is vibrant and busy. Regarding the room rates, please be assured that our prices are competitive, and we always strive to offer the best possible value and quality to our guests.
